1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see. [Earlier readings not in E.C.F. files.]
2. Now, we find there are a great many changes, a great deal of difference, in the physical conditions of this body at the present from that as we have had before.
3. These, as we see, are the conditions as we find at the present time. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY - this we find below the normal in its ability to supply, and in its ability to perform the full functionings of the blood system. That is, the vitality of the body is often taxed by the inability of the blood system to create sufficient storage energy above that used from time to time. Hence the weakened condition, by the taxing of the nerve system, and the strain or shakiness which come to many of the centers of the nerve system in the body, in its attempt to create sufficient incentive for the system to function normal under this depleted condition, see? Not that the body is entirely depleted, but the strength is so used up that there is no reserve strength, to speak of, being built in the system.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM - especially in the centers about the upper cervical and the cardiac plexus (which goes towards the digestion), and about the 8th and 9th dorsal - do we find the greatest distresses in the system. This from the cervical causes the condition to the face, this twitching that is seen at times. This condition in the cardiac - that excess in the nerve forces - causes the trouble with the digestion, and the tendency to find that too much acid is created in the lower portion of the digestive system. In the cervicals, this deflects also through the brachial plexus, to the arms, to the limbs, see? With this overtaxation we have almost an opposite condition of that as is produced by neuritis in the system, with an effect reflexly of apparently the same condition existing, see? yet the cause or seat of the condition is almost opposite. Lack of condition, or lack of the ability of the eliminating

system to supply that necessary, and the strength as is used creates in sinew, in tissue, in joints, in portions of the system, that condition which is, as it were, contraction in the end of muscular tissues in joints, as in arms, fingers at times, shoulders, through the neck, through the face, through the portions of the system.
6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS - as may be seen from such condition in blood and in nerve system, the depletion in the functioning of organs puts all of these in the strained condition, with more or less disturbance throughout.
7. That which troubles or worries the body most is that condition in the cardiac, which affects the lungs or respiratory system, and the irritation or roughness as is created in throat and through the bronchials. Not an organic condition, but one that must be taken care of, or we will find some distresses for the body.
8. TO BRING ABOUT THE MORE NORMAL CONDITIONS for this body: Principally the body needs rest, recuperation, by itself, out by itself, or in very satisfactory surroundings for the body. Rest two to three to four weeks. Salt air, or mountain air, or sand, or any such; where plenty of rich foods are available, but don't eat too much of them! but keep the system in that way of rebuilding, see? giving the blood the chance to cleanse itself and rebuild. By overloading the system we would find we would produce too much for the elimination centers to handle, but keeping a nominal, or nearer normal, rebuilding, we would find we would bring the best conditions for the body. This should be done.
9. The general condition in system may be relieved also by the manipulation, as these are carried out, see? That is, as the system goes about to build itself, by rest, by recuperation, in such quarters, well that the body have the gentle massage, or the full osteopathic manipulation, in cervical and upper dorsal, to keep the normal equilibrium throughout. That we would do for the present.
10. We are through.
