1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, and those conditions that affect and disturb the body in the present. These, as we find, have been of long-standing, and are the result of a prenatal condition; as one of the auricles in the heart has not developed in its nominal or normal manner. Hence the enlargement or plethora condition that has constantly existed there. With any extraordinary strain or over activity this produces, then, the engorgement of the organ itself, flooding the system and producing a coma in many portions of the functioning organs, reflexing same to the nervous system and those governing forces in the ganglia of many centers throughout the system.
2. This, as we find, might have been aided in a manner in times back, or towards the first perceptibility of the reaction. While the body is more or less in a developing stage as regarding the organs, the muscular forces that govern same, but reaching the state where the condition is constitutional the normal thing is for the existent conditions to be the more active. Only those that will retard gradually, or build for those muscular forces that would produce or bring about more or less of a strangulation in a moderate manner of the activities through those plexuses of the nerve centers that govern the aorta artery and the pulmonaries themselves, in the repressions of the pulsations to the right auricle, would bring temporary relief and gradually build for a better activity for the system. Medicinal properties will rarely do much, save produce or bring about a better active circulation, as we find these properties may be necessary to be resorted to in very minute quantities - and would require the very close watching of same when being administered. It will be found that small quantities of a powerful stimuli to the activating forces of the circulation outside of the heart, as well as that which causes the contraction of the muscular

walls of the heart, will be the better aid; that is, strychnine in very minute doses, and once a week - or once in two weeks - a very small dose also of the foxglove, or the active forces that work with same through those properties that are brewed from this plant itself, or better are the BLOSSOMS of same kept where the odor will be effective to the muco-membranes of the nostril or throat by inhalation - and not taken internally, would be helpful; or we may use same in the Radio-Active Appliance in its vibrations to the system. Either of these would be helpful.
3. Necessary that quiet be maintained at most periods. No undue excitement in the mental or physical activities of the body.
4. In the matter of the diets it will be necessary that these be kept in control in much the manner that has been outlined for the body.
5. Then, as we would give in the present, we would have at least every day an adjustment - not too severe, but that which will gradually make for an alignment through the upper dorsal area - 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th dorsal area, throughout the area of the cardiac and secondary cardiac reflexes to the ganglia that govern the heart's action; and those vibrations through the Radio-Active Appliance that would carry strychnine in solution, in this proportion:
6. Dissolve one grain in five ounces of alcohol. When used (this only in the battery, or in the anode that would be attached to the 2nd and 3rd dorsal center), the anode carrying the strychnine in solution would be attached last; or strychnine and iron would be well, though this would be hard to keep combined, for it would require changes often, but make the strychnine in solution - one grain to five ounces of eighty percent alcohol, see? The other anode, or the one first attached, would be attached to the umbilicus center, or the upper right portion of the umbilicus center, between the pancrean area and the umbilicus, see? The small anode attach there. The large anode which passes through the solution would be attached last, at the 2nd and 3rd dorsal center.
7. The adjustments would be made gently, chiropractically preferably, in the upper dorsal area - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th dorsal.
8. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) How often should the adjustments be given? (A) Just given! Every day. Gently. The application of the vibrations would be made every other day.
10. (Q) For how long a period at a time should the battery be applied?

(A) Not over ten to twenty minutes.
