1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions; also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. Now, we find the general physical conditions of this body are very good in many respects. There are some conditions that show that there are the effects of improper functioning in portions of the system, and this condition at times causes some distress, and the effect of which is toward the organs of the sensory system. The correction of these conditions would bring about, then, the more normal condition and the better reaction for the physical forces of the body.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them in this body, Mrs. [4498], we are speaking of.

5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this very good in most respects. Near normal in pressure. Near normal in its reactions, both in the kidneys and in the circulation of the mesenteric system; yet the hepatic circulation shows the effect of some congestion as is produced in functioning organs by subligations in the nerve system, and the reaction of this is to leave drosses, as it were, in portions of the system, and a deflected hepatic circulation.

6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in this we find the greatest distress, or seat of distress; for, as we find, the whole nerve system of the body has at times been under great strain - though the body is so normally balanced in mentality as to keep the system in a good condition, and keeping good reaction; yet, with subligations, there have gradually been produced conditions that the reaction of same, with the drosses in eliminations, produces pressure in portions of the system. Reflexes from same are seen in conditions as are brought to bear at times in the extremities - as is seen in the trembly condition felt at

4498-1 Page 2

times in knees, or as little heavy, leadened pains through lower limbs - heaviness about the shoulders and the upper portion of cervical region. The subligations then being in those ganglia of the cervical region, especially 3rd and 5th. In this reaction, with this condition produced in the elimination, comes the trouble to the eyes, and the distresses as are caused by these conditions; not wholly of age, nor of over-used eyesight, save as under the stress. Neither has this condition given any rise to trouble with the auditory centers, yet this same condition shows, in that at times the body finds that seemingly the response in the auditory system is not as quick or fast as it once was. This not of age, not of abnormal conditions in the functioning of the organs, save as reflexly from conditions produced from that as has been given in the body. This also shows in the Eustachian Tube, and the condition in throat and larynx at times - not of great distress, but a fullness as is shown there.

7. Now, to meet the needs of these conditions is to bring about, then, a correction in these forces; for in the general functioning system we find, as given, this is very good. An overtaxed nerve system brings overtaxed conditions at times in digestive system, but not an organic, nor even a functional trouble, exists through these portions of the system in this body - only as of reflexes from those subligations in the cervical portions of body, and the upper dorsal. No heart reaction, no lung reaction, but of a general condition, and of the specific natures as outlined.

8. Then, to meet the needs of these, we would only need that those subligations be corrected, and the lesions in and along the Eustachian Tube and in the throat proper be broken up, and the eliminations allowed to be thrown off through the normal channels. This should be done in at least three to five (3 to 5) such treatments. Then wearing across the solar plexus region that of the Radium Applicator, to keep the normal equilibrium in circulation and the nerve centers and plexus. Do that.

9. The necessary massage osteopathically would be of the nature wherein the Eustachian Tube would receive as much of the manipulation as adjustments are given in the cervical and upper dorsal. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) How may the memory be strengthened - as the body often forgets names, etc.? (A) This, as we see, is an operation of the sensory and of the sympathetic nerve system of the body, and in memory there is the necessity of that occurrence to bring about a corresponding reaction to memory, or sensitiveness in the

4498-1 Page 3

brain reaction. This continual subligation and pressure, necessarily, produces a slow reaction between cerebrospinal, sympathetic, and the sensory system. With the correction of these conditions, we will find the body will be better able to coordinate through these channels, and may then train mind and its reaction to that response of names, numbers, places, or conditions, by merely tabulating same through conscious effort. See? Do these, as we have given. We will correct these conditions in this body - for, as given, these are of the sensory system, and the correction of these conditions will bring about the better reaction in the auditory and in the vision, and in the actions of all of the sensory organism.

11. (Q) Will the body be able to get the osteopathic treatments of the Eustachian Tubes in Miami? (A) It would.

12. (Q) What doctor would give these treatments correctly? (A) Chrutchfield.

13. We are through for the present.
