1. EC: Now we have here the condition of Miss [4513], ..., Ala.

2. Now these are the conditions as we find in this body. First we find that lesions that have formed in the system in treatment to the pelvic organs themselves produced inflammation within the body until the streptococcus formation within the body produced inflammation to the whole body producing temperature, nerve strain to those organs; reduced the vital forces of the blood and of the nervous energy itself 'til the muscular forces are broken down allowing the blood supply to run, as it were, rampant throughout the system. Inability to retain forces within the body - that is - of food on account of the condition in the stomach and intestinal tract, depletes and reduces the vitality and vitamin forces within the body itself 'til the whole system becomes distraught. If there is anything given the body for relief, very soon we find a breaking up such forces within the body; temperature will eat up the vitality of the organs themselves within this body, and produce in those intestinal disintegration; these conditions we find going on throughout the whole body.

3. In the brain forces there is a lack of resistive force between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic to cause a reaction even of medicinal properties taken in the body; the nerves become, as it were, on edge at times from the supersensitive forces vibrating between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic as to cause, as it were, great shock to any portions of the body anything that reaches it through the sensory organs. The heart action in these portions is being forced to pump or carry blood carrying Bacilli showing the action of those forces throughout the system, and pus forming sac is carried to those lymphatics picks up throughout through the capillaries and causing the condition as was produced in both through the kidney action and through the action of the liver itself which does not secrete properly.

4. To bring about a normal condition within this body, we

would give this into the system:

Tincture Valerian.................2 ounces, Bromide Potash..................1/2 ounce, Elixir Calisaya...................4 ounces, Simple syrup to make..............8 ounces.

Dose would be a teaspoonful every three hours.

5. We would also add to this system made in pellets and taken each evening:

Gum Camphor.......................3 drams, Sulfate Morphia...................2 grains, Neurated [Muriated] Ammonia.......6 drams.

Mix well and make into small pellets.

6. Bathe the body along the spine with alcohol and massage the body well across the sacrum and the lower lumbar to the extent of the 9th and 10th Dorsal; rub the body well across the shoulders, across the chest, across the abdomen with alcohol to reduce the temperature give strength and vitality to those properties that should be taken as food into the system; those that carry Junket, Arrow Root, Slippery elm water, not meats, not milk that is cooked but that is warm from the animal heat, not with ice, but that is warm from the animal heat. Give very small quantities of stimulants to the body, alcohol beaten well with eggs and milk when given, it might be usually milk that is warm, not cold, not carrying Ammonia.

7. Do this we will find will assist the body here of Miss [4513] and bring it to a normal condition.

8. We are through.
