1. EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions that surround same.
2. In the physical forces of the body, Mrs. [4515] we are speaking of, present in the room, these we find very good in many respects. Will the body keep much of that attitude, that introspection that is able to give an insight into physical and mental aberrations of a body (as the body is capable of doing), these may be controlled - unless there arises some exterior forces, or - as is termed - some accidents to the body.
3. In the physical forces, these we find exist:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this full and abundant. While not over pressure, nor yet too often under pressure in the supply, there ARE conditions as respecting the assimilations that will proper precautions be taken will prevent some disorders arising that at times give rise to unpleasantness in the physical functioning. These, as we find, arise from conditions that exist in the physical structural forces in the body, especially in the lumbar and lower dorsal region, that involve the nerve forces or nervous system. Not that the body over nervous, save at times. Too easily, often, does the body find that conditions arise within itself that are not easily separated in their proper relationships to self or to others, or to conditions, and this produces a worriment that takes on that form which produces an irritation throughout the system. This, as we find, partly - or the greater part of same - produced by a physical condition that prevents the full or complete normalcy of the nerves' action from subligations existent in the dorsal (lower dorsal) and lumbar region.
5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces are good, normal reaction and dissemination of impulses through the system from same are very good. There ARE periods when the sensory organism shows, from these impingements, that there are the lack of the full or proper
4515-1 Page 2
eliminations. Hence those conditions wherein accentuations, or lessening of the full activity of the auditory forces, of the feelings as related to the sensory system, as to those conditions that arise with taste - where things do not taste the same as formerly, or there is too much the reminding of when eating one thing of another. These are accentuations through reflex forces from pressures that exist sympathetically in the system. These corrected (and the body may do so itself) will make for a better activity through the system.
6. In throat, bronchials, lungs, larynx - a normal activity exists, as we find, as does through the heart's activity in the manner that has been designated that the pressures in heart's action do not ALWAYS measure up to a normalcy - this from those same conditions as has been given, reflex pressure in the secondary cardiac plexus center, or the 3rd and 4th dorsal center.
7. Digestive system - these, as seen, very good in the present. There HAS existed periods when disorders existed there of an acute nature, as also in the lacteals and those of the assimilation, affecting partly the hepatic circulation, making for an overactivity through the functioning of the organs of the lower hepatic circulation - as too freely do the kidneys act at times, and at others sparingly. This produced from those variations as come from too much or too little acidity as is created by toxic forces from suppressions through the nerve reflexes in this portion of system. At such periods easily does the body tire in the lower portions of the body. Especially from the hips downward - feet and limbs and body feel as if, or of a trembly, or a tremble at times - when not active, but sort of a deadening of the reflexes to these. These are produced, as seen, from those conditions as body would be warned of. These are INDICATORS, not functional - or abnormal, other than a TENDENCY that directed IN a manner may create those disorders accentuated in the organs and in the system, as has been indicated.
8. In relieving such pressures, in relieving such conditions, we will find that those of a specific exercise, both mental AND physical for this body, will aid or correct these conditions. These, as we find, would be the activities:
9. Mornings, on arising, three to five minutes of head and neck exercise, with the activity of the arms and a circular motion of the body from the waist upward. This before dressing, and when the body may act in a manner as to give the proper muscular forces their relaxations through this
4515-1 Page 3
portion of system.
10. Evenings, when the body is ready to retire, a circular motion of the body BELOW the diaphragm - see? especially the bending exercise, wherein the circular motion may be given for the lumbar and sacral regions, where those pressures have and do cause reflexes in the system.
11. In the mental exercises, do these - not as of rote, but as the physical forces are carried let the body mentally see that which takes place in the physical functioning of the system. Know sufficient of the functionings of the organs of the system to see their functioning taking place as the exercises are taken. Also study within those of the spiritual truths that manifest through a physical being. The mental forces, the mental activities of this body - these, as we find, are peculiarly adapted for an ability of dissemination of truths that may be gained in a manner that make for a real activity in others.
12. Oft does the body control others unknowingly. This is often well for self, yet were the mental forces so attuned in the way and manner in which the desired results IN activities of others may be directed, these would be much better in keeping with the ideas of the body. These are well, for not ideas - but ideals. Will individuals hold to same, they may build, for they become that which they hold as THEIR ideal. Be it of the earth-earthy, of the mental or spiritual heavenly, the individual becomes that it seeks - for where the treasure is the heart is also.
13. Keep thine heart pure, thine whole body will be light - for as the entity, the soul, impresses that upon the mental and physical attributes of the body, so does the light of the body become. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Was my operation a success? (A) Success. Will the activities be kept as has been outlined, in a manner as to keep the full eliminations and assimilations, there will be a NORMALCY in the body.
15. (Q) What causes the backache? (A) Those pressures as have been indicated. Well, when these become ACUTE - or until the body has made such adjustments through the activities as outlined - that the portions that GIVE the distress be bathed with equal parts of camphor, turpentine and mutton suet, and that a hot salt pack be applied - see? This would relieve almost immediately.
16. (Q) Is the body subject to cancer? (A) The body is NOT subject to cancer, will it see itself eliminating properly for the correction of the pressures and disorders that have, and that do make in the present, a
4515-1 Page 4
tendency towards those improper eliminations - see?
