1. GC: You will give a physical, mental and spiritual reading of this body, with suggestions for the improvement of any or all of these.

2. EC: Now for the physical conditions of the body, while we find these are very good in many respects, there are those conditions existent in the body of which the body should be warned. In the eliminations and assimilations of the system do we find the conditions that give rise to the distresses as are brought to the body at times.

3. Now, these are conditions in the physical as we find them, [4522], we are speaking of. First:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find carrying forms of toxins, produced by the lack of eliminations in their proper channels and by the absorption of toxins, especially in the digestive system, with the tendency towards a kind and form of intestinal indigestion. This produces then distresses through the pelvic organs and pelvic system at times, and again through the upper portion of the digestive system. These need more warning than of specific troubles that arise at the present time, the greater trouble coming at the present time from fermentations as produced by reflex conditions from these in the mesenteric system and through the action of the hypogastric and pneumogastric reflexes in the stomach proper. Hence the inability of the body to assimilate foods taken, on account of fermentation, for the lack of lacteals, or the proper amount or balance of the gastric juices in the stomach proper.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find this unbalancing through portions of the system gives at times a nervous disposition through the system, especially at and near the times of menstrual periods, for pressure produced in body in the pelvic system, and through the toxins as excite the nerve centers, bring about this condition. This is rather the warning of these conditions than existent conditions that give much trouble, save at such periods, at the present time.

6. IN THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces good. Hence

mental activities of the body well, and these may be carried into those channels wherein the greater development may come to the body in the present earth's plane. As the body finds through the mental at the present time, not associated with that kind or class of work that will give the best to the development of the body. Rather too much routine, without the expansion as is necessary for the development of this mentality. Rather should be associated with those conditions that have to do with gathering of data regarding prehistoric or any conditions that relate to those of the nature that are of the statistical regarding historic conditions, whether of that pertaining to data for present day or for the past. Any of these would give the greater expansion to the mental abilities of the body.

7. In the organs then in the physical, from the condition as we find existent in the body, we find there are often times those conditions in the sensory system that give distress reflexly. Nothing definite, nothing that the entity gains that is abnormal, yet often distressing. This coming then through a physical condition reacting through a mental condition misplaced. This brings then dissatisfaction at times to the body.

8. In the lung forces good, though there are times, when with the stress in circulation, that there are acute conditions through the secondary cardiac plexus. This comes through the action of the carotid artery in that of the secondary reaction through sensory nerve and cerebrospinal. Not a condition physical, not a condition mental - a retraction rather through conditions both physical and mental.

9. Digestive system shows the repression of conditions though pneumogastric and hypogastric, while the general forces throughout the rest of the organism rather the strained than the distressed through functional conditions.

10. In the spiritual forces, we find the entity with its mental forces not solely directed towards pure spiritual nature. Rather the seeking of that of the mental to combine with spiritual things.

11. Then, to bring the better to the physical would be to watch the diet as to those things that give better assimilation throughout the body. Never taking in the body any properties when the body is worried or out of sorts, or in that of the distressed through mental reaction. Taking at least every second - third day half a teaspoonful plain Phosphate of Soda, to which is added six minims Syrup of Sarsaparilla, and once each week add to this one minim Canadian Balsam (one minim, see?) and take a regular morning

and evening exercise for the body. Of morning, that which will give the equalized circulation to the upper portion of body. The circular bending motion of the upper portion of the body. In evenings, when ready to retire, those of the circular and bending motion to lower portions of body, to equalize circulation for rest and for activity. Not necessary these be made long or strenuous, but consistent and persistent.

12. Then, in the mental forces, better that the body so arrange that of its mental expressions of self to be connected with those conditions as have been outlined. The opportunity we see comes to this - 22nd of May.

13. As to the spiritual forces, these should be at all times directed in those channels giving the better spiritual understanding, the better mental relations of self, to those of that condition wherein self is made manifest in that way that gives the understanding of self.

14. We are through.
