1. EC: Now these are the conditions that we find in this body, [4534], Central Mills, Ala., we are speaking of.

2. There are some conditions in this body that are abnormal to the body; there are others that are abnormal to some bodies, yet to this body are not abnormal. The conditions that we have are an overtaxed system, both through the physical and mental powers, without supplying rebuilding forces and counter-balancing the used forces of the body in its action through the entire system.

3. The blood we will take first. There are a lack of red corpuscles in the body, those of the rebuilding kind, carrying rebuilding protoplasm within its cells, so that the heart action is at times bad, and there is a tired, languid, achy feeling through the entire body. There is also a roughness of the throat, depression of the lungs; headaches from the back of the head and through the eyes. The functioning of all of the organs of the body require a great amount of blood to cause them to function properly, and through lack of same, the liver, lungs, spleen, and menstrual periods are affected, and all of these organs have trouble in their functioning, but in none of these organs do we find any organic disturbance. The inclination of the body is one of weakness, but it is normal. She has been overtaxed is the trouble with the body. Cold is also affecting the body, and cold bacilli are leaving their effects on the strength producing properties in the blood. The body is not in a dangerous condition, but it is not strong, and might become so, if allowed to remain in this condition. The body at present is just weak and run down, and the blood is not in condition to rebuild it.

4. (Q) What treatment would you suggest? (A) We do not suggest, we use this. The body needs, and should have, as much of the open air as possible, preferably of a higher altitude than she is now in. This is not necessary, but would be very beneficial. The diet should be of fish and game, not things that carry too much fat portions to the system, as the digestion is not good on fats. The diet should be that carrying much rebuilding force, and as much of nature as possible. Fish should be

sea fish, or those they catch themselves.

The medicinal properties to be taken into the system should be this - Iodine and Calcium Chloride - this to be taken one tablet night and morning. Drink milk fresh from the cow, preferably warm, not cooled with ice. There are times when it will be well for the body to take as an intestinal disinfectant and anti-septic the following. Take that which as known as Glyco-Thymoline. 10 to 15 drops once or twice a week. This is an intestinal antiseptic of the lactic kind, not carrying acids. If we will do this we will find that the body will improve under these conditions as to forces applying to the rebuilding of the system, the nervous system will improve, the blood will be rejuvenate, and the lymphatics will be caused to act more.

Now we have no respiratory action through the system. The perspiration is cold, not carrying out the action of the lymphatics in their action through the capillary circulation. But with the treatment we have given, and exercise in the morning air, not night air, the body will improve and be brought back to a normal condition.
