1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief for this body.
2. EC: Now, we find there are abnormal physical conditions with this body, and these may be corrected with care and attention, with consistent and persistent usages of those conditions necessary to bring about normal conditions for the body.
3. In a pathological and psychological way we would find these conditions a study for the psychologist.
4. Now these conditions have to do with the coordination of the whole system and in that there is the partial coordination, and the obstructions are of such a nature that these may be corrected. The development in the mental and the physical forces are worth watching.
5. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body, [4559] we are speaking of, present in this room. First:
6. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, while the body is in the developing stage, yet the blood supply is lacking in its quantity rather than quality, though the diffusion of that element in the system lacks the proper coordination, as we shall see, in portions of the functioning system. The constituents of the blood then need changing in the elements necessary to create stability in certain directions.
7. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find the greater troubles here. While the cerebrospinal nerve system coordinates with the functioning of the system, the sympathetic system does not co-ordinate wholly with the cerebrospinal nor with the sensory organism. This condition we find brought about by accidents to the body and the elements and constituents of the plasmatic cell in and before the natal forces. Hence the psychological effect as is produced in the action of sympathetic nerve system with the vibration as is set by the body in its biological effect on functioning system. That

is, the lack of coordination in the vibration set. Hence there is deficiency in the action of the sensory system coordinating with the sympathetic system. While the sensory coordinates in part with the physical or cerebrospinal functioning organisms, the body lacks the coordination in the sensory organism and the sympathetic. Then the conditions in the organs of the sensory system lack their coordination in their functioning. The show of this is in the 1st cervical, where the connection lies between the pneumogastric entrance to the brain proper, and where same connects directly with the nerve that extends through the system. The pineal gland's pressure shows the effect. Where connection is made in the 2nd and 3rd dorsal, that connects with the sympathetic and the nerves supplying the organs of sensory system, below the 6th, 7th and 5th nerve of face there is a lack of the influence or incentive to function in a nominal way. Hence the obstruction. These conditions and accidents first at birth, in the manner of presentation, and in the second year, in the dorsal. These pressures show in the physical reaction to the organs then only reflexly, and not as sympathetic reaction, for the present forces function nominally to suggestion through some of the organism, yet the vibration as is necessary to produce the full coordination is lacking in the system.
8. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, in brain forces, developing in a nominal way with pressure on the pineal gland and the cerebellum oblongata being deflated rather than acting in the nominal way, yet impressions are received, or stored, yet the coordinating of same, with the reflex in the sympathetic, does not act normal.
9. In the organs of the sensory system, vibration of the highest nature (in speech) not normal. In ear normal most of the time. In vision, lack of focus at times, yet eyes function through their respective channels, but not coordinating with the use in nominal ways. In speech (this is the highest vibration) below normal.
10. Throat, bronchials, larynx, the throat shows a normal condition at most times. Subnormal in action of thyroid gland and secretion in system from lack of coordination necessary in the body.
11. In digestive system very good, far as it goes, yet always in that condition of necessary to watch the desires in appetite. A reflex action in pneumogastric system.
12. Heart's action nominal in most instances.
13. The rest of digestive system very good, when the system in normal reaction.
14. Then, to bring the normal conditions to this body would

be first to correct, through constant care and through the adjusting and manipulation of the system, in the manner necessary to create as near an equilibrium in the cerebrospinal, sympathetic and sensory system, stimulating those vibrations by the addition of vibratory forces to those centers; that is, 1st, 2nd dorsal, 3rd and 2nd cervical, with those vibrations as would be found in this:
15. To gallon and a half of rain water, add: Plain Charcoal.............1 pound, Heavy Sea Salt.............1 pound, Copper Sulfate.........1 1/2 pounds, Sulfuric Acid C.P......2 1/2 ounces, Common Zinc................6 drams. This we find would charge itself, yet should be charged with high voltage, low amperage, until the discharge from same is at least five and one-half ohms, or charge with 120 volts, 4 amperes, for one hour.
16. While being charged and in use, keep suspended, or in solution, a glass container, glass cork, of one pound Tincture Iodine.
17. The poles when being charged and used shall be one of copper, the other of nickel. Small insulated wires attached to poles. One large circular plate (copper) attached just above the umbilicus. The negative, and the nickel, (thin plate - smaller) attached once to the second and third dorsal vertebra, the next day to the first and second cervical vertebra. This should be attached at least for one hour each evening, preferably while the body rests.
18. It will be necessary to renew the solution after using for three to four weeks. The manipulation and adjustments with these vibrations should be kept constantly until we see the change in these conditions, which will begin to show their improvement in thirty to sixty days.
19. Do that.
20. We are through.
