1. LS: You will have before you the Ohio Florida Associates, Incorporated, whose offices are located at ... Bldg., ..., Ohio. You will also have before you all of the affairs of that corporation, all of the officers and associates, and will answer all questions which I will ask you relative to these.
2. EC: Yes, we have the association, the corporation, the intent and purpose of same, with the officers of the association. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Is the plan of organization and operation of the company feasible? (A) Feasible.
4. (Q) Will the operations of the Corporation be successful and profitable? (A) With the carrying out of the intent and purpose of the corporation, in the manner and way as is set forth in same, could be made profitable and successful. Plans are feasible to that manner and intent. The operations so far are in that respect the success as is intentional for same. There needs be added more of that necessary for the operations in the lands, so that the exchange in same would be more in accord with the intent and purpose of the corporation, for we find that the lands in Florida will still yet increase in their valuations, and the perspective of the conditions in many portions of the State are yet for many moons to be on the increase.
5. (Q) Will any difficulties be experienced with the securities division? (A) There will be difficulties. No exchange in securities may be experienced without difficulties in various portions. As to the manner and way in which the securities are set up to be handled, there will be no difficulties from that source. Individuals will bring objections to different securities being put on basis with others, yet we find the plan as is set out a good feasible plan for the successful

operations of same.
6. (Q) How long will the present activity in Florida, relative to land operations, prevail? (A) There are many various conditions that will govern the length of the activity in Florida holdings. From five to eighteen years will be experienced in high activity in the various lines, for with the development in various portions, there will come many activities as have only yet been touched upon.
7. (Q) When will be the most opportune time for this corporation to liquidate their holdings? (A) Spring of 1926-27. There will be many changes in the liquidations from time to time, depending too upon the holdings in the various districts, as same are developed through the different conditions governing same, for there are many minerals, much oil, much phosphate, many different plantations of various activities in developing new fields of various characters in these lands. All must be taken into consideration in an organization of this character, and the holdings must be considered, as to the worth under the various developments. The monies have just begun to enter the State for its greater development.
8. (Q) Is there anyone in the organization to be warned against? (A) There are some in the organization that would be well were their activities in the advanced stages of the corporation. Their activities should be curtailed or eliminated in part.
9. (Q) What are the possible negotiations to be made with Col. [3899] regarding his holdings in Florida, as per conversation with Edgar Cayce in the office of the company with Mr. [4566] on July 8, 1925? (A) There may be an association made with [3899] that would be advantageous to the corporation, both as to the abilities of [3899] in the capacity of that of attorney, and also as to holdings that may be acquired through the connections of [3899] in Florida, for there are many various holdings that may be acquired through that association. Many of various characters that will find development in various lines. Timber land, orange groves, phosphate land, reserves for other activities in the State.
10. (Q) Would it be best for Mr. [4566] to go to Florida to interview Col. [3899]? (A) Best that an appointment be made first for such an interview. Then interview him in person.
11. (Q) Can the same results be accomplished with Col. [3899] by correspondence? (A) No. Not that kind of a man.

12. (Q) How can the Corporation handle the holdings of Mr. Cayce in Dade County, Florida? (A) Those have been accounted for - thirty thousand, eight hundred (30,800) acres.
13. (Q) What do you mean, that this acreage has been accounted for? (A) This is being handled.
14. (Q) What is the present effect of the lands agreed to be leased to Mr. Cayce in letters dated June 21, 1921 by Col. [3899] and Mr. Townsend? (A) The lands may be acquired for the intent and purpose as is set forth in those agreements, as other lands may also be acquired through these people.
15. (Q) Outline briefly the plan of procedure which would be most effective in making this corporation a success. (A) Go to work.
