1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [4570], and his business under the name of ..., Inc., ..., N.C. This body has recently had an offer from Hart, Schaffner & Marx Co. You will tell him how he may go about to take advantage of this offer, and if this is the best opportunity for this body.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [4570] and those associations and those efforts as have been made. Here we find a situation or a condition that had best be made up in the mind of the individual itself. While it be true, the company is at the present time involved in a financial way and manner, but not to the extent that same may not be justly taken care of, will the body-mind, the body itself, be fair, honest, square WITH self and with the various creditors and debtors; for there are sufficient of those that were the body to go to them in all frankness, presenting the conditions, these will be taken care of - they WILL if presented in the proper way and manner, and the business itself with the management going on (not necessarily in the same way and manner as has been in the last eighteen months to two years, but with every corner not cut - but taken care of), the business looked after in the proper way and manner, and the body would be able to make the success in a nominal, just, and proper manner.
3. As to that as may be gained by the affiliation of the company with that of Hart, Schaffner & Marx, this is not altogether satisfactory, for the body finds self in THIS relation: Rarely has the body been dictated to by others. That is one of the faults within the body's management even of ..., Inc., that the body has often paid dearly for the experience gained, when - would the body have listened to the honest consideration of those that would and did ADVISE the body as respecting various conditions, better conditions would have been brought about. That necessary to GAIN this affiliation may be brought about by the proper consideration being given to both the debtors and the creditors of the

association or incorporation, would the body desire to choose that relation - but, as given, consider those well; then choose that thou would do, for self must be the actor, and the factor to be considered.
4. We are through.
