1. EC: Now, we find there are many abnormal conditions with this body. There are conditions that are abnormal to other bodies that to this body have become a normal condition. There are conditions that are abnormal that may be corrected and brought to normal forces, that the body may better coordinate and give more usefulness to itself and others. These conditions would require that of the persistent and the consistent vibrations for the body to bring the normal forces that might be corrected.
2. These are the conditions as we find them at the present time, though to give these we must give much of that which has existed in the body in times back, and have grown with the developing of the physical in this body, [4575], we are speaking of. First:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this in fairly good condition in this body at the present time. There has existed in this body in times back the condition which turned most of the blood supplying elements in the system into the lymph forming conditions as we see developed in portions of the body. The hydro-condition produced in the lymphatic glands throughout then producing more tissue, bony structural forces, in specific places than was normal. This we find became hindered in times back. This is not so far back as the present, you see. That of the condition which turned again the circulation in the lymph forming forces to that of the channel that reduced or brought the normal development and hindered the development through this structural forming conditions. This we find was from the 10th and 11th dorsals, the seat of this condition, and the first condition that brought this was at the birth in the manner that the child was handled. This was the first cause. In the forces then that would bring a correction to the body must be those that would turn again the channels to the retraction of conditions and that would enliven the tissue through which the blood flow would bring the reduction of such conditions, though there are many other

conditions to be considered with this.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find with this plexus through which the overcharge of the forces producing the condition at the time, also from the surcharge of the nerve forces, so the body, though not coordinating in its proper forces through the brain centers as bring to the sensory system much of the action of the sensory organism, yet we find the body super-sensitive in many respects than normal bodies.
5. In the sensory organism we find this comes especially to that higher vibration in the body which supplied the nutriment to the production of the sense of vibration in speech, in the sense of speech to the sensory system. The body then finds expression of these vibrations in other portions of the system, and is sensitive to vibrations especially of certain musical vibrations.
6. IN THE ORGANS OF THE BODY, brain forces without the coordination of the system in the blood in the nerve supply we find the abnormal developing of the physical brain forces, without the indentations necessary to produce the coordinating forces in and through that tissue. This may be assisted. This may be brought to the normal developing forces through persistent, through consistent, forces as might be applied the body.
7. In the throat, lungs, larynx, and the organs of the sensory system with this vibration cut off from these portions of the body, we have a subnormal developing in many portions, as we have through the thyroid region, which prevents through the ductless gland the assimilation of forces as ideas in the functioning of the portions of the body thus affected.
8. Lungs very good.
9. Digestive tract, in this we find local conditions which are of the nature that have been relieved.
10. In the functioning of other portions of the body at the present time come to those conditions as were subjugated in that in the beginning.
11. To bring normal conditions to those portions that may be corrected, to bring to the developing of the brain supply to the undevelopment of the brain proper, we would correct those conditions existing in the 10th and 11th and 12th dorsals by the correction as would be given through the proper adjustments, chiropractically given. These would of necessity have to be consistently, persistently, kept in that alignment, with the massage to those portions that would show their retrogression from time to time, and their condition going back through the stages of the development to bring the normal forces to the body.

12. We would also for this condition apply to the body at the base of the pineal gland these forces as would be expended to the body from this composition.
13. To one gallon and a half of rain water, add: Heavy Sea Salt...........1/2 pound, Plain Charcoal.............1 pound, Copper Sulphate........1 1/2 pound, Sulphuric Acid C.P.....1 1/4 ounces, Common Zinc...............11 drams.
14. This solution we find would charge itself, but should be charged from high voltage, low amperage, until the discharge from same is at least 5 1/2 ohms, or from the voltage 1/2 to 1/4 voltage. While this is being charged, there would be in the solution an opaque container containing one pound of iodine. This would be left in solution. To apply these forces to the body there would be two poles, one of copper (the positive), the other of nickel or silver (the negative). To these would be attached small insulated copper wires. These would each in turn have small plates attached to them to attach to the body. One would be attached to the ankle, the other at the base of the brain, or at the first cervical. The discharge from this should be given at least once each day for forty to sixty minutes.
15. Do that, and we would bring the better forces, the better development in a persistent manner, and we will bring relief and development in the physical forces of this entity.
