1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, we find there are those conditions that cause distress in the physical forces of the body, and these may be corrected in such a way and manner as to bring the nearer normal functioning from the physical forces of the body. These disturbances, as we find, are produced from poor eliminations and the effect this has produced in the specific functioning of organs involved through drosses remaining in system and crystallizing, or centralizing, or localizing, in the specific centers of reflex motion in nerve and muscular system.
2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body. Not that the body is in such distress as to cause other than a protracted disturbance. Only occasionally does the condition reach such condition as to cause uneasiness, or other than uneasiness, in the general condition. These, then, are the conditions as we find them, [4593] we are speaking of. First:

IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this shows the effect of a disturbed elimination and the activity of the hepatic circulation is such that the excretory system is responsible for much of the disturbance as is produced throughout the body. The heaviness in the right side, the liver and kidney disturbance that is spasmodic with the body is a reflex or a symptom of the condition as exists, as is the continual reaction to the sensory system, and especially to the eyes and auditory nerves of same. The strain as has existed in the 4th and 5th cervical, 2nd and 3rd dorsal, from cold, congestion and strain, has produced the localized condition to the eyes or head. Hence the condition is functional, form the disturbance as is produced in this portion of system, while the causes are those of the elimination and of the disturbance in the centers from which the impulse of nerve circulation and of blood supply is TO these portions of the body, or to the head especially, LEAVING drosses that

produce irritation, rather than that of local or localized condition, that shows the effect of an organ diseased. This [is] dis-eased, from the condition existent in other portions of the body. The same may be said from the activity of the nervous system, or the nervous indigestion that occurs, and the tendency from the acidity as exists is from the condition existent in the eliminations of the body. Same as is seen in the functioning of the organs. These conditions EXIST in reflex action, and may be corrected by the proper eliminations being established, and by the proper stimuli to the nerve centers and from the radial plexuses from which the impulse of action is both in nerve and blood supply, and by the replenishing of the blood system in a way and manner as to bring bettered conditions for the body.
4. These, then, would be brought by these applications:

First we would have those manipulations as will bring about bettered or an establishment of a bettered circulation in the nerve reflexes from the lower cervical and upper dorsal region, with a GENERAL treatment occasionally to bring nearer normal distribution of forces. Necessary, then, that about thirteen to twenty-six such treatments be given; that is, thirteen adjustments and thirteen of the general manipulations - sandwich them in between - take them every other day or twice each week. One time the general treatment. The other time the correction in cervical and dorsal region.

Then we would apply, every second day, or second treatment - especially after adjustments are made - those vibrations from the VIOLET ray, see? over the hepatic circulation; that is, the liver and the whole of the right side, and especially across the kidneys. Then use the eye applicator over the eyes for stimulation, see? When these have been taken for thirteen treatments - that is, of the Violet ray treatment - discontinue Violet ray and begin with those of the Radium Appliance - Double X pad, worn across the solar plexus.
7. Do that.
