1. EC: Yes, here we have the body here.
2. Now in this body, [4603] we are speaking of, see? we find there is an improper connection between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal systems causing derangement of many of the normal functioning of the organs at times. It is not always that they are affected, but it has gradually affected the organs of the sensory system, especially the head for the use of those things that have been given to the body, that do not affect the body in the proper channels so that the things that have been given to the system have acted directly against the proper distribution of forces to make the rebuilding forces come into proper conjunction, especially when it comes through the cerebrospinal and sympathetic systems in this body see? and the effect of this will become detrimental to this portion of the body. The effect to the locomotories through the lymphatics becomes congested at times.
3. The seat, or the beginning of the trouble to this body was through a shock to the nervous system that has affected the body through the mental forces. But that was some time back, you see?
4. (Q) What shall we do to relieve this condition, Mr. Cayce? (A) We have not all the conditions here.
We do not find derangement of organs in this body above normal, yet we find the reaction to these because of these two systems or the state brought to bear on this mind and body. Some of the organs apparently have organic trouble. There is some strain to the lungs and at times some to the pelvic organs, yet this can be corrected by relieving the two nervous systems. The cerebrospinal is the nerve or central force going along the spine to the brain, the lateral along with this is the sympathetic, affecting the force discharged from the brain; and a deflection or lesion can be caused in any portion of the body as we have in this. Now at the 6th dorsal we have a lesion between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic systems, where the gangular [ganglia], or nerve, attached comes from the cerebrospinal cord to the gangular [ganglia] which governs the two cardiac

plexuses. This is the trouble that has affected this body. Because we come close to the seat of the gangular [ganglia] forming between the lung force and its power. Also the lung force causing improper functioning at times will become organic trouble.
By relieving these conditions we would relieve other conditions apparently paramount in this body. First it would be best to relieve the mind of this body, [4603] we are speaking of, through the force of suggestion to the mental body, allowing the physical body to relax or rest for some time; that is for two or three days, with perfect relaxation to every part. Then begin a sympathetic treatment of the whole spinal cord of the lesions formed along the spinal column until we get perfect action along the spine. The treatment we would use with this body would be sympathetic osteopathy, that is vibration from body to body by hands applied to these portions, with force enough for the osteopath to reach these points, and sympathetically enough for the force from body to body to give this body the power of resistance. The mind in this body is very active.
This is all that is needed to remove any trouble from the limbs. All the foreign forces that apparently affect the body will be thrown off, also any improper abrasions and the capillary circulation will increase.
Do this.
5. We are through.
