1. GC: You will have before you the body of [4613] who was at ..., Philadelphia, Pa., on the 24th day of May, 1928, between the hours of three and five P.M. You will answer the questions which I will ask you regarding this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, there are improvements in the physical and mental conditions of this body from that as we have had before. While these conditions, these improvements, are apparently very slow; yet the very nature of that as produced or produces the condition - through incoordination - necessarily brings the improvement slow, until sufficient of cycles are passed in correcting forces in the system, until the improvements will be much faster. Keep much of that as has been given for the better conditions for the body. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) The body is to be taken to the country in a short while, where they will not be able to have the osteopathic treatments. Will it be alright to continue the electrical treatments every day and perhaps exercise him a little ourselves? (A) This would be very good. Use the vibrator - electrical driven vibrator - just before the body retires. This will assist in bringing the body to better conditions for normal sleep and rest. (Of course keep up the electrical treatments as has been outlined.) The condition that produces this tendency to not sleep is caused from that of incoordination also, or the warring - as it were - between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nerve system; so that impressions as come to the body through that of that taken as food, comes as hallucinations - and is not governed in a nominal manner. Hence the body cries out of a sudden, for every element then reacts to the system. This will be gradually overcome as conditions are brought to where there is coordination between cerebrospinal, sympathetic and sensory nerve system, and the whole coordinating of the body. This, as we see, is gradually on the improve. While

portions of the system show that there is nerve tension, or nerve so impinged as to prevent the full movement or activity of the body, but - as the conditions are gradually builded, and the nerve impulses force their way through the system - these will be gradually overcome.

4. (Q) Which should be used on the vibrator, the hard or the soft applicator? (A) The sponge, along the cerebrospinal system - see?

5. (Q) What causes the peculiar cramps, twitches, pulls or drawing of muscles of his face and neck? (A) Incoordination, and the muscular contraction as is produced. This is that improper reaction of the central nerve centers. Hence the inability to bring coordination of head, face and hands, with the activity of the body.

6. (Q) What can be done for these? (A) Just as has been outlined.

7. (Q) Shall we exercise him any, other than using the vibrator? (A) Well for the body to be exercised. Not OVER exercised, but SOME - to keep coordination, or get locomotion as a portion of the whole system's action.

8. (Q) Is the body better? (A) As given, better.

9. (Q) Will the body walk or talk soon? (A) Depends upon the conditions and reactions in the system. As we have given, we will find that these WILL gradually build. Be the second cycle before there should be sufficient coordination for a quick or a fast recuperation; yet these may be gradually builded in system. We would say it would talk and walk - were the conditions followed out or kept in the system as has been outlined, and as WILL be outlined from time to time as changes come about.

10. (Q) What can be done for the right knee - it is so stiff. (A) That is as of one of those centers that must be loosened by the treatments as are to be - and as are BEING accorded the system, see? These are from the osteopathic manipulation, if they are properly given. Some have been - some have not. Patience must be taken. Consistence must be kept.

11. (Q) Any other suggestions for the improvement or welfare of this body? (A) Follow those as have been given. Keep at it. We are through for the present.
