Time of Reading 11:30 to 12:00 A. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. N.Y.C. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4633].

2. Now, as we find, conditions in the main are very good throughout the physical forces of this body. There are rather precautions that should be taken respecting the activity of certain portions of the system that show a weakness, or a tendency towards that which would later produce weaknesses in the physical functioning in portions of the system.

3. These have to do rather with the manner in which the distributions are made of those forces in the vitamins and the activities of same to portions of the body; that produce for the glands and the organs in their functioning the necessary replenishing forces and elements for resuscitating and keeping the vitale of the system in a normal manner. For, as indicated, with the tendencies there has been the resultant activity of certain character of drosses, producing or making a tendency for disturbances; though these, as we find, have not reached those proportions where there needs be any ANXIETY respecting conditions.

4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [4633] we are speaking of, present in this room:

5. As to the BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this very good in most all of its activities. There ARE the indications at times of there being carried back into the circulation those active forces that should be eliminated from the system. For, as each activity - whether in the circulation, the muscular activity, the forces of the body in the expressions of its physical self uses energy and vitality - this leaves a dross, or such an effluvia that should be eliminated from the system for it to produce or reproduce itself in a normal manner. forces in body, these at times leave drosses; making for a disturbance in the katabolism of the system, though the metabolism is not disturbed as much in the heart's action - yet the pressure is at times irregular. This arises from a disturbing force in the gland as related to that which PRODUCES that form of alcohol in the system necessary for the proper proportions in the digestion of food values taken in the system. This has at times made for the tendency for the accumulation of influences in the system that produce distresses in the body as to make languidness to the whole system; tendency for those periods when there may be those reactions as to produce inactivity of the body as for its physical exercise without some anxiety as to the outcome of such activity.

6. In the NERVOUS SYSTEM, this we find very good as related to the whole of the system. Hence, as may be indicated from the description of disturbing forces, this does not enter in as a cause, but when there is the exercising of the disturbing dis-action of the system itself it produces in the nerve system its reaction. Thence the nerve force is not a cause of conditions.

7. As to the ORGANS of the body itself:

8. First, in the brain forces - these are very good. The impulses towards the activities have been of a sympathetic nature; and the abilities of the body in directing the disturbed mind have been such as to keep for a balance within self under stress or strain, or under those conditions when the more pleasant or more satisfactory things are experienced the body keeps an even keel in these directions.

9. The sensory forces of the body show a very good response to all the nerve activities of the system.

10. Throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx, are very good.

11. The glands - from the digestive forces to the mammary glands - make for disturbing factors at times; producing some uneasiness at periods when there has been the accumulation of influences in the system, but these are - as we find - rather the effect OF conditions and not a cause that may not be removed by the addition to the system of those properties that may keep a balance, or prevent the accumulation of those drosses that would segregate themselves or cause distresses.

12. Heart's action, organically good. Those periods when there has been or may be the affectation through the pressure produced by the disturbing of the katabolism of the system, these are the effects of the disturbance in the pancrean activity of the body.

4633-1 Page 3

13. As to the digestive area, stomach and its secretions are well balanced in the present, making for an even distribution of those influences where the activities of the gastric flow into the system are very good. This has not ALWAYS existed, yet in the present it is VERY good.

14. Then, the greater warnings to the body would be as to those activities in the pancreas and spleen as associated with certain functionings of the liver itself; for with these corrected in their normal activity we may keep a greater balance for the body; for we will find that from the associations of the activity the body should be of LONG life. Hence, to make for producing or bringing for the physical functionings of the body not only a clear mind as related to the material and mental associations of the system, but that the physical body may not be under stress or strain, makes for the greater ability for soul and spiritual developments of the entity as a whole; hence supplying in the present experience a normal reaction in the physical forces of the body.

15. As to the reaction from the pancrean disturbance to the kidneys' reaction in system, we find heaviness here at times; but with the clearing of those things that make for a normalcy in the digestive and assimilating forces we would produce that which would relieve any stress or strain that may arise at times in the body.

16. Then, in meeting the needs in the present, that may create for a better balance in the system, we would prepare a compound; and in the order and manner given would we have same compounded.

17. To be sure, there must be precautions as to the diet in relation to same, and not too much of fats nor that which requires the digestive forces to be the more active through the proteins or sweets - yet the rest of these should be in a manner well balanced, so that the vitamins are such that make for D, A and C in the system. These will supply the necessary forces for not only recuperative but constructive influences.

18. The compound would be compounded in this manner:

19. To 16 ounces distilled water, add: Clary Flower (or dried Garden Sage)......3 ounces, Reduce by slow boiling to 1 pint, or 8 ounces. While still warm, strain and add: Ambergris (dissolved in 1 ounce pure grain alcohol)..........15 grains,

Syrup made from Saccharin (for the active principles with the digestive forces).........2 ounces, Cinnamon Water, or the dried Cinnamon....1 dram, Gin......................................6 ounces. Shake solution well together before the dose is taken, which would be a teaspoonful taken right after the meals are taken.

20. It would be well, as we find, to take at least three quantities, made in the manner as given, but allowing between each quantity at least a period of six to eight days. See?

21. This would be taken three times each day.

22. Ready for questions.

23. (Q) Where may she get this prescription filled properly? (A) Eimer & Amend.

24. (Q) Should all three quantities be prepared at once and kept, or just one quantity prepared at a time? (A) Just as is chosen to do, for these will keep, of course, an indeterminate time.

25. (Q) Which organ in the body is not functioning properly? (A) The pancrean activity, as affected with the liver and spleen, you see.

26. (Q) What exercise would be suggested for the body to take? (A) Walking is the best exercise, and in the OPEN as much as possible. Not too great an amount, of course, but sufficient activities to prevent the settling of any of the drosses or used energies that are not eliminated from settling in any portion of the system. [See 4633-1, Par. R4.] Do these and, as we find, we will not only make for a more active force in the physical forces of this body of [4633], but make for the keeping of a balance where the long life may be pleasant and helpful and hopeful to self and - most of all - worth while for others. Do that.

27. (Q) What causes the headaches? (A) The pressure as produced by the improper distribution of assimilated forces, you see. It arises from the improper fermentations, then, through the activity of those forces that have been indicated. Sometimes when the headaches are very severe, we find that a general massage - or local application of heat with massage - at the 2nd and 3rd cervical or the 9th dorsal will relieve

same.
