1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.
2. Now, we find in most respects, the conditions as exist in this body, [4646], we are speaking of, are not altogether as good as when we had them before, yet there are some conditions that existed before that are a great deal nearer their normal effect in the body. Those conditions are as those that give expression to the nervous system from the actions of the poisons absorbed in the blood supplying force and give to the emunctory circulation, this effect as they do, you see. This is not as good as when we had them before. The action of the nerve centers to control with the central forces of the cerebrospinal in the body is better. The compound as was given or taken into the system were not in whole that, that have been taken into the system. Some of them contain contaminated elements from other sources than from the herbs themselves that should have been in the compound. Now, we would give these with the present conditions in the body:
Tincture of Valerian.............4 ounces, Bromide of Potassium...........1/2 ounce, Elixir of Calisaya...............4 ounces, Capsicum.........................3 grains, Iodine of Potassium..............2 grains. Simple syrup sufficient to make 7 ounces.
Dose: - Teaspoonful four times each day taken at least one hour before meals and upon retiring at night, then take exercises of a specific character and time, to give the perfect incentives to the functioning of the organs throughout the system, especially to those of the arms and the limbs or the legs, and circular motion to the trunk portion of the body with the hands on the hips. Be well if this was taken in the evening before retiring, and the whole length of the spine rubbed with cold water, then with something rough to bring the circulation to the surface and to each segment center along the whole length of the spinal column.

3. (Q) Mr. Cayce, this body wants to know if he can smoke? (A) Would be best to leave it off, for with this nervous condition from seepage of poisons to the system, there is the tendency to gain to the sensory nervous system, the effects of this stimulant direct, so the action comes to those organs of the sensory system, so better to leave it off.
4. (Q) What is the cause of this poison you speak of in this body? (A) The condition as we have given before that exists through the hepatic affecting the action of the emunctories and the lymphatics through these organs and circulation. With this as we have given in this system to act as a stimulant to these organs and as a sedative to some of the functioning and as a stimulus to the cardiac forces, we will relieve these conditions.
5. (Q) Will treatment you have prescribed free this body and cure it completely. (A) It will give the perfect equilibrium to the body from the present condition. It remains within the individual to keep it so.
