1. EC: Yes, we have body here. Now we find there are some abnormal conditions that may be corrected in this body. They have to do with both the physical, the spiritual and the mental forces or attitude of the body, and the effect as these produce over the system in the functioning of the organs.

2. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body here: First, in the blood supply we find the nerve strain and tension over the whole system tends to make the drain on the blood supply. Instead of giving the full flow through the body we force, by this tension, to produce the anemiatized condition in the body, so that we find at times there are the secretions over the body as of the tingling sensation to the whole circulation, and parts of the body seem as if they were separated from the rest of the system. This comes when the reaction and the active forces between the nerve systems and the mental force receive their reaction. The numbers of the red blood cells are deficient in numbers rather than in the quality of the blood supply. The hemoglobin in the blood shows the lack of the vital forces necessary to supply the active force of building cellular units, as it were. This causes then the reaction in the nerves' centers, and the junction of cerebrospinal, sympathetic, sensory and capillary nerve centers suffer the most at these times. In the white blood supply the amount of secretions are reduced, so we have the lack of the necessary functioning in lymphatic centers to give the supply of the nutriment from the system, hence the reaction of the circulation producing the condition over the body, as we have given. This shows more in the capillary than in the deeper portions of the body, for when the reaction comes with the functioning organs we have the contraction of the organs themselves. This is shown as we have at times through the lower digestive tract, and the lack of secretions being supplied through the lymphatics, the emunctories become non-secreting, and the organ suffers in its reaction as we have trouble at times with the liver and

with the kidneys in their reflex forces, you see, which leaves inflammation in the bladder that forms the dryness there, and the lack of secretion, you see, as we have to the liver at times, reflex not organic condition produced by nerve force and may be overcome by the mental action or attitude to the body.

3. In the nervous system, these centers in the ilium plexus, in the lower portion of the solar plexus, of the secondary cardiac plexus, of the second and third cervical plexus, these centers show their contraction from muscular contraction through mental attitude by sympathetic condition, for the body is over-sympathetic - takes all the burdens of other people upon itself. In this contraction we have formed not lesions in the sense of producing soreness to the body from these centers, but rather as engorged centers from the contraction of relaxation in the reflex action of the body.

4. In the functioning of the organs themselves we find through the brain force the body, very good though not always acting in the line as the body knows best, see. In the organs of the sensory system we have the reaction of the sympathetic condition through the over-stimulation in the cervical center. This reduces the amount of secretions in the organs themselves. Worry, which makes or forces the strain, as we have the burning sensation at times to the eyes, to the nostrils, to the various organs of the sensory system, the dryness, as it were, to the throat from the lack of secretions, rather than of organic condition - nerves, as it were, you see. In the lung proper we find the body very good organically. With the condition of the blood we find the body here in the cells show the attempt of the organ to gather the oxygen or life and the secretions as thrown from the lung not always as good as should be. The cells close spasmodically, not an organic condition or in the manner of bacteria infection. In the digestive tract we find the contraction in the pneumogastric spasmodically shown in the amount of secretions as thrown in the system through both the acid and alkaline formation, not sufficient alkaline in the system. The secretions are so overtaxed as to give the condition the reaction only as the organ attempts to function, hence the smallness of the organ itself, the stomach, we are speaking of. The duodenum forces, the acid reaction in its cells. The liver, spasmodic in its reaction on account of the nerve action and lymphatic forces with the emunctories there. The intestinal reaction, not as sufficient secretions to the body as is shown in the condition in the ascending colon. Through the pelvis we

find the same reaction through the lack of or the over-stimulus either through sympathetic action or with the reaction from the nerve forces as is shown in the kidneys and in the bladder in its secretions becoming acid, which produces the strain in the organ.

5. To correct the condition would be first for the body to change its mental attitude toward self and others. Without that, we will not correct properly through the system. Drink more water by about three times, see. Exercise in the open and rest would be better than all medicinal properties. Take as medicinal properties for the stimulation and for the action, only this, and the dose would be teaspoonful every other evening before retiring:

Tincture of Valerian............4 ounces, Bromide of Potassium............2 grains, Iodide of Potassium...........1/4 grain, Elixir Calisaya.................4 ounces, Tincture of Capsici.............3 minims.

6. Sufficient simple syrup to make twelve (12) ounces. Take as given, you see. The exercise in the open, which be those of the developing of the various portions of the body. Each successive evening or morning use those for the individual organ and not for the whole body, see, and change the mental attitude thereby. We must localize and not sympathize so much, you see. For the diet, let those be of vegetable matter wholly, see - not meats. Do that [4654].

7. (Q) Is an operation necessary for this body? (A) Had a been, we would have given it. Lack of secretions, of dryness in the organs produces this condition. If we would overcome these by these forces as we have given, we would find this body would be better.

8. (Q) What kind of exercise should this body take? (A) With the exercise, we would begin with the first exercise for the head and neck. That is all for that day, see. The next, for the arms and upper portion of the body, see. The next for the trunk portion and abdomen. The next for... [GD's note: Last few words missing.
