1. EC: Now, we find there are many abnormal conditions, and these have to do, principally, with incoordination in the system and the effect that this has and does produce within the functioning organs. Now, these may be corrected in part and some entirely. These are the conditions as we find at the present time. First:
2. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this well balanced. However, this is not in normal condition throughout.
3. In the nerve system do we find the principal cause and conditions that need to be corrected. First, we find in the pineal nerve center itself an engorged condition, and this in the centers where the nerve ganglions of other functioning organs are joined shows the effect as is produced in these centers, which produce incoordination and at times the reaction, without the ability of the according forces creating the perfect equilibrium in the balance of the system to function normally, so that the involuntary action at times becomes voluntary and vice versa. This we find gives then in the pneumogastric hypogastric center this reaction that comes to the digestive tract, and only being that which prevents from the blood supply being in the normal forces, yet hindering in many of the functionings of the organs, as is indicated in these centers that are involved in the condition. This we find produces then the reaction and the refractory reaction in the nerve system.
4. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, we find this prevents also the coordination as is brought to the system in the brain supply itself in directing the functioning of all of the sensory system in their proper channel and manner. Hence all of the sensory organs themselves function under the influence of these conditions as created in the centers as indicated from the pineal nerve to the base of body. This we find has been produced by lesions as have been caused and were caused and scar as produced in the nerve tract itself, and the whole nerve itself is larger or abnormal in its size.
5. Then to give the best to this system, and to overcome and

bring in the physical body that which would be of a betterment to the whole condition, and to correct the conditions that we may have coordination, we will have, as we shall see, a condition that must be taken with pains and with consistent and persistent usage of same to bring about the correction in the body.
6. First, we would give in the system that tea or the tincture as is made from the maypop flower, and which is we find already prepared. First, we would not give this as is indicated by the dosage of the body itself (that is of the properties as manufactured) but three to five drops twice each day should be given.
7. Also prepare for the body the vibrations as would be found in this: To one gallon and a half of rain water, we would add: Heavy Sea Salt............1 pound, Charcoal..................1 pound, Copper Sulphate.......1 1/2 pounds, Sulphuric Acid C.P....1 1/4 ounces, Common Zinc...............8 drams.
8. This we find would charge itself, but should be charged with a high voltage and low amperage for at least thirty minutes to fifty minutes, or until the discharge from the solution will give at least five and one-half ohms.
9. While this is being charged, have an opaque container holding and containing one pound of iodine in the solution. Let this remain in the solution tightly corked while being charged and while the vibrations from same are being accorded the body. Charge it with heavy plates or poles. One of nickel, the other of copper. Positive, copper, negative, nickel. These poles after being charged would be attached small insulated wires. To the positive pole would be attached a thin copper plate, small, that would be attached to the body at the first cervical, or where the spinal column cord enters the brain proper. The opposite pole, or negative, would have a large thin plate of silver to the pole, and this would be attached to the body just to the left and below the umbilicus. This should be attached and applied to the body for at least one hour each afternoon or evening. This we find, with these medicinal properties and with this vibration, will so change the body that it will then be necessary to change the treatment that should be accorded the body. Then it will be given from here.
10. We are through for the present.
