Time of Reading 3:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, Mrs. [4663], and those conditions as surround the body. Now, as we find, there are conditions as disturb the body that may be materially aided by the application of those things that will aid in creating a better reaction in various portions of the system, that are hindered from giving the best to the physical functioning of the body.

2. As we find, there are disturbances in the circulation, and lack of vitality being created in portions of the physical organism in its functioning to restore or to meet the necessary emergencies in cellular distribution, to keep out infectious forces or to make for the proper coagulations in the body, and in some portions there are inroads that have already arisen.

3. With the application of those that would make for a better balance, then, we would stimulate the heart's action to an equalization in such a way and manner as to make the whole of the circulation much better, a much more even pulsation, and less of those tendencies for coldness as comes to portions of the system, or where the circulation is hindered from going through portions in the proper way and manner, giving more elasticity to the whole of the locomotory system of the body, creating a more even balance in those responses in the physical and mental, and imaginative body, keeping same nearer on an even keel.

4. Also we would find there may be added to the system those as will make for a better functioning of the glands, as make for the better assimilations in the system, making better associations or connections in the hepatic circulation, so that the liver and the kidneys are more near in accord in their functioning, so that those foods as are taken - and the activities as are attempted by the body - are more in keeping with the desires, needs and necessities of the physical organism. Debilitation in some portions, and

specific disorders in some, make for these - but we would use, then, as these:

5. First we would use the Radio-Active Appliance, as would be used on the same sides of the body when attached, but as we attach to the right wrist first, to the right ankle the same day - see? the next day attach first to the left ankle, then to the left wrist. These would be preferably when the body rests. This change, or this alteration from what has ordinarily been given, is on account of the change in the circulation, or circulatory system, as would be between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic. These will act in this manner more on the sympathetic than the cerebrospinal.

6. We would also use, as to increase or aid the circulation, a massage along the cerebrospinal system (Now this on the spine more than on the sympathetic system, when the body is ready to retire of evening). Mix equal parts of tincture of myrrh and olive oil. Use what would be absorbed, or about a tablespoonful made at one time. Half olive oil, half myrrh. Heat the oil, add the myrrh while warm - to be sure.

7. In those properties we would take into the system, of course some of the stimuli that's being taken would be necessary to be kept up for the time being. These may be gradually changed. We would prepare rather as this:

8. Take distilled water 8 ounces. Add to this Wild Ginseng 1-1/2 ounces, Indian Turnip 1 dram. Reduce this by slow boiling to 1/2 the quantity. Strain off and add to this: Tincture of Stillingia..............20 minims, Syrup of Rhubarb...................1/4 ounce, Pure Grain Alcohol...............1 1/2 ounces. Shake the solution together before the dose is taken, which would be half a teaspoonful twice each day, mornings and evenings. We will find these will make for a RESPONSE in the system that will be most beneficial.

9. In the matter of the diet - in this there has long been controversy as to many of those things that agree or disagree with the body. Rather follow that as has been the more recently outlined for the body, that gives more of those things the better assimilative and assimilating for the body.

10. Do that.

11. In thirty to sixty days we would give further instructions.

12. Best that the appliance be given in the afternoon as the body rests, rather than at night; though, should

restlessness and insomnia come at times this would be well to be used, for it will aid in bringing rest to the body, quiet, and a more even balance in the circulation. Should this be necessary to be taken in the evenings, or night, we would CROSS the circulation; that is, when attached to the right wrist, attach to the left ankle (This should be placed, of course, in ice, but not so much water in same). In the DAYS when used, attach on same sides of body, but alter as to whether attached to ankle or wrist first.
