1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal condition as we find in this body has to do with the circulation and the nerve forces and the effect as this has produced in this body. Now, these are condition as we find them in this body, [4685], we are speaking of: In the circulation we find the blood supply very abundant, and the quality of the blood is very good. The effect as this circulation has produced on the system has been the over stimulus to the blood supply that has produced a plethora in the veins themselves. Hence a high blood pressure and a condition through the heart force itself to carry on the condition affect the nerves to the head themselves. Not a wholly relaxing, but a tendency of the fall or plethora condition in the veins themselves, creates the effect, then to the heart forces the reaction then as we will see as to the nerve forces, which affects the brain itself proper in the circulation. The number of the blood cells sufficient to care for the condition in the body, the red being over abundant. In the nerve forces themselves we find at the first cervical the congestion of the brain forces and of the cerebrospinal, sympathetic, pyreniel [perineurial? Peyerian?] and pneumogastric all enter the brain here. The effect as to produce the condition as exists in the system over the nerve force as to cut off the supply of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal forces to the left side of the head here as they enter and giving effect then to the right side of the body and face, for they cross here where they enter the head.

2. The effect as produced over the system then is to bring to the centers in portions of the body here, a part of the face, part of the shoulder, part of the hand, part of the right side - it is better now than it has been before - of the congestion of forces there, the inability of the forces as directed from the brain to act in accord with the muscular force in the body, was that the contraction began. The effect also is to the sensory organism, for at the first and second cervical we have those that govern the senses, that is of the speech, of the ear, of the eye, to portions

of the body, the eye the higher end of the body, also in the spinal column in its effect, the ear coming next, the speech and sense of taste and touch coming towards the top.

3. The conditions in the organs themselves, we find the brain forces itself very good. The action of the cerebrospinal, sympathetic, and of the pneumogastric, and nerves that traverse the whole body as independent nerves must carry their vibration through to the brain without the congestion of the blood supply or pressure of the blood supply to enter the brain itself - no deterioration here. The effect to the larynx and the throat has been to cause to the vocal cord to the left side also the improper vibration, so that the vibration does not carry its force to the body. The lungs are good. The digestive tract is very good. The body only needs to diet itself to keep away from the pressure. No stimulants of any character to the body, especially not teas or coffee or coca colas. Green vegetable matter as much as possible. Any of the tuberous character of vegetables are good, that is, those that grow in the ground. Not many of those that grow above the ground except celery. That is good for this body. Milk - let it be of curds, rather than of new milk.

4. As to the treatments to the body, we need those that will relieve the congestion over the whole system by equalizing the circulation over the body, calling more of the blood from the upper portion of the body, equalizing it throughout, by that, as we would have from neuropathic or osteopathic forces, that do not impinion or release too much of the nerve forces in the body, but one that understand their business, for this body could be injured by rupturing any of the cells or tissue along this part of the body close to the first, second and third cervical. Then take vibrations to the system to assist equalizing that as would be found in this: Two bars of steel would be attached together, with a carbon between them, inch square, three inches in length, wire fastened to each end, that is to one end of each one of the steels. The carbons are between. It is attached to a plate and the plate attached to the ankle. When it is attached to the left ankle let the right hand be in water, just a pan of water. When to the left ankle then the opposite. Then, when it is changed to the wrist, then have the opposite foot in the water. The solution in which this will be placed will be made in this manner: To one gallon of water, rain water preferred, or spring water, if it is not mineralized, add half pound of SALT, common salt, one pound of COPPER SULPHATE.

5. There will be no vibrations felt when this is attached to

the body, but it will assist in equalizing the circulation. Let the manipulation or the message to the body be given at least every other day, and we will find within six weeks the body will be its normal self. Do that. [4685], present in this room.

6. (Q) Will this treatment clear his mind up? (A) There is nothing the trouble with the mind, only the action of the nerve and blood forces to the brain. The mind is not affected. It is the application or the manifestations of the impressions received, in the way they are given out. We have given the conditions. Do as we have given if we would bring the correct vibrations to this body, [4685].

7. (Q) Would he then be able to work at his usual occupation again? (A) We have just given it.
