1. LBC: You have before you Mr. [4694] who is in this room with you. Go over him carefully, examine him thoroughly and tell us what is the matter with him, if anything.
2. EC: We have some abnormal conditions of the body through its physical forces, as in this blood supply to the organism of the physical man. We also have some degenerated condition of the mental forces here, in the nerve supply to the body. This state of the man, or the trouble in the body has begun, and has been of long standing, until we have the condition of the body that we have at present, now. This affects the whole body, producing the conditions that exist, that bring in contact more or less all the organism of the physical body and its attributes here. That is, the circulation, the digestion, or the making of the new blood for the body, then the eliminating of the wasted matter from the system, both from the used forces in muscular and nerve tissue - that is eliminated by the liver - and the waste portions of the body or that which is eliminated through the dross, through the respiratory system, through the lymphatics or pores of the skin, by perspiration or sweat from the body, and through the kidneys, until we bring all of those systems in the body out of the normal condition.
3. We have a man, as in itself, a resistive force, the power within the man here is good, else we would have a body in a weakened condition, in a state of collapse, you see as it were, of the whole system, from the small of the spine to the tip of his toes, that is, from the lumbars. As we have the pains along the sciatic nerves, until we have the force of the feet becoming heavy-laden, or lead to pick them up, his legs - that is, the action on these forces exerting themselves in the body - self-willed - through the mental factors of the body - the vitality of the system here, in the make-up of the man producing an overstimulation to go on anyway, to resist.
4. The trouble begun through the digestive organs of the system. Through the lack, as it were, here first (not today, not now, but at first) belching spells as after eating, thirty to forty minutes after the food had entered the

stomach and when the gastric juices begun to act on it as it were, too rapidly. Rising then into the throat, as it were through the esophagus, as it were, grease, the gastric juice from the stomach here, back, you see. Then we have the eliminating of hurting after the digestion, along the small of the spine, not at the kidneys, but above here. That is from the pains of undigested food passed into the larger intestines, or into the colon, coming across the transverse colon. These are from the nerve force, or nerve supply to these acting from their stations along the spine, the ileac (?) nerve force, and also the lower lumbars. Then, reverting the force through the sympathetics, through the solar plexus nerve force, or as we have poor assimilation of the blood force in the body, as we have in the man at present, a lack of blood in the body. The same forces apply to the head. Pains along the arms at times. These are reflexes from the same things we have had through the whole organism of the system here. These exert themselves at times here into acute attacks. The condition we have, through its forces, or its action shown on that of the kidneys themselves, of the bladder proper, becoming inflamed, and then we have begun to relieve these, becoming to the opposite pole or to the liver force here, and in its action then becomes by them through the action on to the heart force - quick breath to the body at times. Then we have more trouble with the stomach, pains in the head and eyes. You see we have reflex forces producing from long standing, to the eyes. We have a general debility in the body of the physical man, and lack of assimilation into the system, that is, of the blood force. We have it carried over different parts of the body too much in one and not enough in others at times. To relieve, we force something into the intestinal tract to remove this condition. This condition is bettered in that but removed to other parts until we have the man in the state we have it here and now. It begun from the digestion tract here, first, the stomach, then it has carried itself into particles through the system until we have a blood in this tract here, showing a lack, not of resistance, but of the richness of the blood to supplying the waste tissue until the body becomes heavy to itself. We have in the urine calcium of lime showing itself in particles at times, a lack of being eliminated through the respiratory system, and forces to be carried out through the water taken into the system.
5. All of the system in the body here has shown to the action of these forces - that is, from the opposite poles, eliminated both from secreting and excreting organs here,
4694-1 Page 3
the liver, the spleen, pancreas, and the kidneys, eliminating from the system these particles as shown from the action here on to the lover end of the intestinal tract in itself, where the folds are increased in exit from the dross here, taking out the particles themselves.
6. (Q) What would you prescribe to relieve these conditions? (A) To eliminate the condition we have here, and to better it and the whole body; remove this weight we have from the system; create more resistive power than that we have in the system, we first take in the system water, just water, not too hot, and not too cold - 50, 60, salt water as much as you can, until we thoroughly fill the intestinal tract, with the water. All the food that is taken into it, is well filled with the water in the intestinal tract. It creates then more saliva in the glands of the mouth, and more of the peptone to be added to it, or the pepsin condition, of that which is taken into the stomach. Eliminate from the stomach as much as we can of the flesh, unless it is of the wild kind. Not anything but the wild - not hog meat, not cow meat, not sheep. Game, fish, close to nature. Then we apply along the spine here from the second lumbar to the 9th dorsal, applications of heat, and relax these whole systems here, that are retarding the body. Then it will rest and not be this racking on the nerve force of the system. You see this is first. The water and the diet as we have it at all times, of the treatment, then the application along the spine - just along the spine, not outside, of the warm, hot, to relax the condition of the system. Then we take the pepsin and iron in the system to create new blood for the body, and manipulate the system to relax and have the lymphatics take up its end and create into the system more of the force, or take up electrical force here, or both. Not too much stimulation to any of these parts to act on, but enough to produce proper assimilation. After we relax the conditions we have had effected by these parts here, the body will improve. ve.
