1. EC: Now, we find there are many abnormal conditions in this body, and many of these may be corrected in whole, and many others in part, that the whole physical may function nearer the normal.
2. As to that condition producing this, in this present physical plane, [it] has much to do with prenatal surroundings and conditions. Hence there will be much in the lives and mannerisms of the individual. Responsibility rests with those, would this body be made whole, and the physical elements of the individual must with care, patience and persistence be carried forward to developing, keeping those elements of mental forces in the guiding channel toward the development of this force or individual by those responsible for the present entity or physical body.
3. Now, these conditions must enter in as much to the relief for the physical as of the physical effects that must be wrought by mechanical or medicinal properties in this physical body.
4. Now, these are the conditions as we find them in this body, [4705] we are speaking of. First:
5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find much deficient in this. The organ itself that furnishes the system with the blood supply [spleen?], very good, normal most of its time in functioning, but the quantity and quality of blood supply both deficient. Not sufficient of those elements necessary to restore the energy of rebuilding forces in system. Not sufficient quantity to give all portions of the body that necessary to rebuild in the structural or organic condition of system.
6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, many of the centers in the cerebrospinal system have become so taut as to hinder the circulation, and of allowing the system to receive that vital force necessary from the blood flow, for we find about many segments those conditions that make for this hindrance, as given. The sympathetic nerve system [is] functioning normal. The whole condition of body [is] better than has been in times back, yet without these corrections would give only partial forces to the physical development of this

body.
7. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS, we find all under the bane of the nerve and structural condition in the system, yet many of the deep organs [are] functioning normal, for these have not come under the influence of the supplying energy from the nerve centers that are impaired by this collision of tissue in centers and segment forces preventing the circulation supplying the functioning incentive to the organs. The incentive from the brain forces is present, only lacking that connection to make this incentive a portion of the physical being of the body.
8. RELIEF: To give the better incentive, and adding to that force that must be held in the mind, heart and soul of the parents and parents of this entity, we would add those vibrations rather of the neuropathic forces, and that vibration found in this:
9. To one gallon of rain water add: Copper Sulphate........1 1/4 pounds, Sulphuric Acid C.P.........1 ounce, Heavy Sea Salt.............1 pound, Common Zinc................6 drams.
10. In the solution place a one pound opaque container of iodine. Let the solution charge itself, adding an ice pack about the container to force off the vibrations made. Two poles would be put in solution, two poles of copper. To these would be attached small insulated copper wires, and to the end of the wire small plate being attached when in use to the body, one at the umbilicus center, or to the right and left, alternating each day. The other at the first cervical (that is, the base of brain). Positive pole at umbilicus, negative pole (or that to the right side of container) to the base of brain, or at first cervical. EACH DAY attach this, with the other treatment, for one hour. When solution has evaporated sufficient to not give off charge, discard and make over, retaining only container, poles, wires and the iodine solution, making the rest anew.
11. Keep this up. Be persistent. We will find we will, in the coming days and months and years, add to the physical condition, bringing the body correct.
12. (Q) Of what material should the plates be made? (A) Copper.
13. (Q) Should the neuropathic treatments be given daily? (A) Daily.
14. (Q) Have you anything further to say? (A) Do this. We find we will bring the normal forces as near as is given for this body.
