1. LBC: You have before you [4707] who is in this room with you. She is before you now, you will see her. Go over her carefully, examine her thoroughly, and tell us what is the matter with her.
2. EC: There are many things the trouble with the system, or through the physical body. Beginning, or the seat of the trouble is the condition we have in the upper orifice of the stomach itself, proper, producing an attribute condition of the wall, this side here. In its stoppage or choking of the circulation and the muscular force governing these, or those which come in contact with the cerebrospinal nervous system, at the 6th and 8th dorsals, it produces then to the rest of the system, or to the capillary circulation in the system, the taking up of the lymph or the lymphatic circulation, or poor capillary circulation, producing congestion at times to the condition or the flow of the blood to the head, or the rigidness to the muscular force in the body along the spine.
3. The elimination of the waste, used matters in the system, is not carried through its proper channels, as we have from here, producing then the state we have through that of the kidney and through the lumbars - forced elimination. No respiratories, none through the pulmonaries here; very shallow breath in the body; pressure of the body here produces at times the expansion or expulsion to the lungs, or gasping for air for the lungs, from the condition that exists in the stomach along the diaphragm. Inflammation expands to these conditions, filling up of those, or forced circulation carried by this, to eliminate from the system these parts, produces then the condition we have through the lungs. Not as an organic trouble within itself, but through reflexes or sympathetic force.
4. The waste or the lack of the rebuilding or replenishing into the system is caused on account of the overtaxed condition of the blood supply in the system, rebuilding not enough of the red blood corpuscles; or lack of hemoglobin in the blood itself.
5. (Q) What is the seat of this trouble? (A) The condition of the stomach.

6. (Q) Any other conditions you find in the body? (A) Those of reflexes from these. Of course, we have into the system different attacks of different things over the system, coming from reflexes from these conditions that exist in the system. This is the seat of the trouble.
7. (Q) What would you prescribe to relieve these conditions? (A) Through that of rarefied air and electrical force, or those applications of packing of the body from the 9th and 10th dorsals to the first cervical or 7th cervical with mud, and carrying into the system those properties of a nature which would act to produce a filling up, or more production to, the blood in itself, through that of red blood.
8. (Q) What shall that be? Something into the stomach? (A) Into the stomach. That is, according to the digestion, we have at times, as we have it in the body in itself, as here, there are times that we act on the forces produced by an excitement or aggravation to the nerves, muscles or the organs themselves on which they act - the lower orifice of the stomach, duodenum, pancreas and the liver. And we have those that act by natural means or by mild emit [emitter? laxative?].
9. (Q) Any other treatment you would prescribe for the present? (A) This will help the body. We want those forces of electricity applied to the body with those applications at the time, or mud. The action between the two forces to be those of a nature which produces a vibration, not of a direct or strong current.
10. (Q) What kind of mud would that be? (A) Wet mud, clay.
