1. LBC: You have before you Mr. [4709] of ..., Arkansas. Go over him carefully, examine him thoroughly, and tell us what is the matter with him, if anything.
2. EC: Now, begin here with the head, the upper part of the body of [4709] and we find the circulation in the body toward the head, at the 1st and 2nd cervicals, into those angulars, or veins, and arteries, entering the head, leaving the flow of blood to the head, producing at times a dizziness or fullness. The charge of blood to the head will produce a sort of dizzy feeling. Not a flush, nor a fullness, nor fluttering of the heart, but the overflow of the quantity of blood that should come to the head, from the condition that exits lower down here in the body.
3. These particles, or these properties here in the cervical regions, are produced from the overtaxed condition we have had along the spine, from those of the cardiac plexus, or those from the 5th and 6th dorsals. The straining of these forces, or filling up of the blood force supplying to these arteries tend to go to the head, from these portions of the body and produce a filling up or thickening of the walls, or lesions formed along at the 1st to 2nd cervicals, 5th to 6th dorsals. They were all produced from the condition we have below in the system.
4. The condition - the sympathetic condition - of which this is part, you see, is produced from the condition we have through the condition of the liver within itself here. We have a torpid liver, rather small in the left lobe, larger angulars or granulars in the right, dilating at the time of hepatic circulation to an extent wherein we leave in the forces of the body, expelling from them those of used matter, until we have gathered into the system an excess of hepatic circulation, producing at times, into the system that of an abnormal temperature. That above normal. Excess of matter is thrown or produced into the system, carried by these forces, or by the excess of matter being flooded back into the system, through these until we put a strain on to the cardiac plexus. Hence the condition we have arising from those through the force - outdoor force.
5. You see we have in this body, through that of a physical

and mental nature, this condition. Large of frame, full of mental force, capacity, full of life - that is from the outside. Living out, you see - in the open air. Robust appearance, but lack of the properities within the body to carry the proper circulation through that of the condition we have the liver in. That has produced the condition we have through the system.
6. Of course, we have some effects from the sympathetics, or the condition through that of the kidneys, or the opposite pole from those, in eliminating the properties of the system, or the ends of nerve force, used red blood cells, used excess matter, thrown off from the lungs - the discharge or the excess of cellular force eliminated by that of the stomach at the end of the duodendum, or carried by the force of the gall bladder or duct in itself - produces the force within these of choking, whereby the force of oxidized condition of the blood tends to expel, or we leave the force whereby is being carried through the system, that produces an excess of force or matter of that of the inferior cardiac cells, or arterial force supplying the blood, until we have an excess of temperature at times to the system. Dizziness to the head, tired heavy feeling over the extremities of the body - a lowness to that of the capillary circulation follows and clamminess to the exterior portion in itself. That is, perspire freely - afterwards.
7. (Q) Any other condition you see? (A) These are the conditions as we have in the body as it is now.
8. (Q) What treatment would you prescribe to relieve these conditions? (A) A low born force of electricity applied to those of the 5th to 6th dorsal, and the 9th to 10th dorsal. Not at the same time, but alternated, one time to the other. A massage force of the spine, from the head to the lower part of the body. A unison of the electrical forces applied to these will produce a new generation to the nerve supply in these forces, the overtaxed condition of the muscular force becoming relaxed, and will supply the oxidized condition to the blood to the system and produce an opening up of the gall ducts to carry or eliminate the forces not rejected or carried back into the system.
9. (Q) Any other treatment? (A) If this is treated properly, he is all right. He is not very sick. Just at times. mes.
