1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
2. We find there are some abnormal conditions in the physical body here, [4718] we are speaking of, you see, but most of the abnormal conditions have to do with the nervous system throughout this whole body than with the physical functioning of any of the organs in this body. In other words if we correct the nervous tension, so that we have perfect vibrations in the system, we will find that other organs will correct themselves and function in their normal way and capacity. For this body is well balanced through the soul and spirit forces that are in the body.
3. These are the conditions that we find in the physical attributes of the whole system: The blood force, or life giving fluids, which by the nature of things are taken in and absorbed into the system to rebuild the units of life vibrations and life giving forces, is depleted and below the normal condition that should exist in a body of this temperament, that is of soul and spirit forces. In the physical body of [4718] the red blood cells, or plasmatics, are deficient in number to rebuild without calling on too much of the stored energy of the body. This is caused by the nervous condition and the choking off, as it were, of the perfect circulation throughout the whole body, and this is made more intense through mind strain, that is the mental faculties reaching the soul force. This choking off of the circulation affects the whole system, so that the capillary circulation becomes below normal. When nature has forced this flow of below-normal blood through the proper channels the tired expression of the muscular force becomes such as to, at times, cause unpleasantness to the whole muscular system. Just so are the nerves functioning throughout the whole system entwined about the blood supplying the channels or arteries and veins, with their incentive to carry on the life giving force, the nerves, then, become taut and produce to the muscular lateral forces the same expectancy and desire; giving the tired, worn-out feeling, so that we produce by low pressure the conditions as we see here in the system.
4. We find also through the nervous system these conditions

as we are giving here. Many of the centers, both between the cerebrospinal nervous system, the sympathetic nervous system and the sensory nervous organism, that is where these make the conjunction with each other in the lower cervicals; and then in the upper lumbars, close to the solar plexus, and to the frontal portion of the body directly controlling and giving off the force of digestion throughout, so that at times the body becomes affected through the digestive tract; at other times there are pains in the pelvis region, and also at times there is trouble with the reflex forces to the lower extremities. Again through the reaction of nervous energy, causing disturbances through the lymphatic forces as carried and used through the sensory organs, so that the expression to the brain in its attempt to carry out the energies as carried to its cells by the action of these organs, that is the eye, ear, nose and throat, become accentuated or localized at times, and there becomes some obstruction to these organs.
5. As to the larger organs themselves, the lung forces are good, save through the non-rebuilding capacity of the blood force, leaving depression to many of the lower cells, which are acted on by non-active forces. That is too much repression is brought to them to clarify properly the blood forces brought in to them, which leaves, ofttimes, many impure forces. The action of the liver in the excretions show, many times, that there is not a sufficient amount of nervous energy thrown off to add sufficient juices to the system in the proper way and manner. The splenic forces are large and over-abundant in its cellular action. The destruction of red blooded cells is over abundant, so this organ is enlarged to capacity in this body; and the functioning of the kidneys, or opposite pole or force, becomes at times over strained through the hepatic circulation.
6. We do not mean by this condition that we have described that this body is sick all the time, because these are principles of nervous force and energy that are over taxed and over wrought by the high development of soul and spirit force in the body. So it must take itself well in hand to rebuild the physical in its own self, see? This will be through meditation and through relaxation. This body should often lie down and rest, with no binding whatever about the body, two or three times a day. We will find by this relaxation that we will relieve this condition, so that it will come to a normal sleep. It will be able to relax and not be disturbed by the incapacity to obtain full control of the mental forces. This we will find will act better with

the system if a vibrator is used along the whole spinal column; that is from the first cervical to the end of the coxis [coccyx?]. This should be used just before the body retires or expects to sleep. The relaxation in the day should be by placing the hands over or about the solar plexus, to so centralize the thought force sufficiently to give a flow out from all these nervous energies; or in other words, from the desires of the real self, and what it expects for itself, and what it desires and expects is what it brings to itself and others. Do not bring medicinal forces into this body. Drink plenty of water as a medicine; use this with the meditation and relaxation for two or three weeks, and we will find that the body will attain equilibrium.
7. (Q) What form of vibrator shall this body use, Mr. Cayce? (A) That of an electrically driven force that may be bought as a vibrator. One that gives life energy to all muscular and nervous energies. We would use the sponge end or center, rather than the hard rubber. Use a vibrator that is attached to any electrical force.
8. (Q) Is it possible for this body to have children, Mr. Cayce? (A) When this body has recovered control of its nervous energies, and has the desire and expectancy in order, with the physical body functioning perfectly, the body will create. We have an overtaxed force here, it must get itself in shape. It can create life if all its energies are in equilibrium.
9. (Q) Would the illness of any other person in the same house affect this body, Mr. Cayce? (A) Yes, as we have outlined here. This body in its present state is very susceptible to any suggestion. The action of another depressed mentality would affect it. We must know that suggestion from any other force acts on this body. But do as we have outlined here, and the body will be able to resist outer influences.
10. We are through.
