Time of Reading 10:30 A. M.

1. FEM: Now, Mr. Cayce, you are going to sleep. (Pause) Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep, and all of the organs of your body will function properly. You will hear me and answer all my questions. You have before you this morning the body of [4720], ..., Alabama. You will please give me the condition of the kidneys, gall duct, stomach, nerve forces, and all the abnormal conditions in this body, and the remedy that will restore this body to normal action and health, and the length of time necessary for a permanent cure, if that is possible. [4720], present in this room.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this body before. You see? FEM: I see.

3. Now, we find there are some conditions in this body that are very much better than when we had it last. There are others that have not improved at all, through the action of the mental forces, or those co-ordinating with the physical, has not been improved at all. See? FEM: I see.

4. Now, these are the conditions that we find in this body. At the present time the circulation is very good, save that it fails to force those properties that have been given in the system in times back to act on the nervous forces; too much of that is shown in the blood supply at the present time. In the nerve system we find the center of the trouble being the action of the pneumogastric and the impingement of the solar plexus center of the system and its expression is given to the action of the brain force itself in its action on the muscular forces in the body. The functioning of the organs as functioning organs, function very good in this body; some are even better than when we had it before. The action of the mind force and the co-ordination between the mind forces and that of the physical forces is not better. See? FEM: I see.

5. Yet there are some impressions that have reached through

to the soul forces that have improved the body. See? FEM: Yes.

6. To relieve this body and to bring it to a normal condition, would take some time - that is, we would say from 12 to 14 moons. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

7. If given under the proper treatment, that would be through that force as we would have in the mind of the body coming under the subjugation of another mind, and then treated by magnetic healing at that time. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

8. Or what would be known as suggestive therapeutic treatment - that is, auto-suggestion; bringing the body in a subconscious condition, and then treat it with the magnetic healing while in that condition, and the treatment would be about the solar plexus center to overcome the conditions we find in this body. We would do that, [4720], ..., Alabama.

9. (Q) Mr. Cayce, you say that you have had this body before you before? (A) "Mr. Cayce, you say that you have had this body before you before".

10. (Q) Can you give us the time, and where? (A) "Can you give us the time, and where?"

11. (Q) And when this was taken? (A) "And when this was taken". On the 3rd day of July, 1914, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, at Selma, Ala.

12. (Q) Was the diagnosis delivered to this body? (A) "Was the diagnosis delivered to this body". We haven't that here.

13. (Q) Mr. Cayce, how did you get in touch with this person? (A) "Mr. Cayce, how did you get in touch with this person".

14. (Q) Or body. (A) "Or body". By suggestion.

15. (Q) Through whom did you get that suggestion? (A) "Through whom did you get that suggestion". Dr. Ira Skinner's.

16. (Q) Where is Dr. Skinner's office? (A) "Where is Dr. Skinner's office?" Express Building, Selma, Alabama.

17. (Q) Was there any other Doctor that had anything to do with it? (A) "Was there any other Doctor that had anything to do with it". Yes, there were others there.

18. (Q) Who were they, and where were they? (A) "Who were they, and where they". They were present in the room.

19. (Q) When they are at home, where is their office? (A) "When they were at home, where is their offices". That hasn't anything to do with the patient. We are through.

20. (Q) Now, Mr. Cayce, you will please answer just one more question. We want to know if you could tell us what work this girl could do, or could you make any suggestion as to what the mother could do to bring this girl back to normal health? (A) [No answer]

21. Now, Mr. Cayce, you will forget all about this reading you have just given. You are feeling all right, and the organs of your body will function properly. You are feeling fine now, and you will wake up in two minutes feeling fine and all right, and free from any headache. .
