Time of Reading 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Virginia. (Physical Suggestion, with special emphasis on limbs and head)
1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4722]. Now, as we find, there are disturbing factors in the physical functioning of the body. There are some specific conditions that are the main cause, and the effects of the system attempting to adjust itself to some disorders and disturbances produced become contributory causes to those conditions that distress the physical forces of the body.
2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [4722] we are speaking of, present in this room:
3. First, in the BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find rather low in vitality, the white and red blood both deficient in the numbers of the leukocytes and in the corpuscles, in the urea, and in the elements that make for the sustenance and the rejuvenation; hence at times there arise periods when - through the distress that is the main cause - these conditions become more accentuated, and there are periods when the vitality seems very low. Little temperatures arise at times; disorders through the digestive system, the eliminations become very poor; torpidity of the liver, as it were, with the burning of the eyes, throat; aching in the joints of the body, headaches following. These are effects from this weakness that occurs from the general depletion that exists in the system. As seen, at times this gives those effects in the circulation, though the blood itself is not what would be termed carrying too much of bacilli in any form, other than the results of disorders not wholly eliminated, or those periods when insufficient of the resuscitating vitale is carried in the blood stream; for the blood is the PHYSICAL expression of life in its activity, and is controlled ever by that which may be materially known in the outer world as the electrical, or the nerve impulse for its activity through the system.
4722-1 Page 2
4. The impulses through the NERVE SYSTEMS then, as we find in this body - there are those conditions when the irritations from the disorders in the system make for an overwroughtness in the whole nervous system; inability to retain self in many directions and respects, inability for the concentration of thought or the concentration of mind to definite conditions that require patience, persistence or consistence carried together in the carrying out of activity. These are effects and results of irritation, rather than the irritation being produced by disturbances in the nerve system from impulses in other directions.
5. In the functioning of the ORGANS themselves, here do we find the specific conditions that affect many portions of the system. There is that specific reaction of strangulation in the gall duct area that affects the assimilation of the system, as related to the functioning of the digestive forces for the system, and their reaction is as this:
6. The reaction of brain forces makes for slowness of the impulses to affect, whether mental or material conditions are to be reactive, though brain forces and its impulses are well.
7. In the organs of the sensory system, with the irritation that is produced through the inability to supply the nutriment to the system for proper resuscitation, there are irritations in ALL manners at SOME time to the impulse system; and the body becomes rather OVER impulsive or rather in the opposite direction of reactions, as of those that make for slow pulsation, slow reaction, and inactivity physically and mentally.
8. With the characterization in the blood supply, in the reactions in the respiratory system there become those tendencies for too slow a pulsation through the lungs themselves proper; and there are reactions there that SHOULD be changed, else we may expect later some effects from those accumulations and conditions, were they to become attacked by outside influences that would become of the nature as to carry on in its own activity, or any bacilli that would be defective; for the resistance being low offers a ready field for activity from outside influences.
9. Heart's action is slowed at times, though normal in the present. The respirations and the pulsations are not in the position of vibrating together, FROM those conditions that exist in the hepatic circulation, or the strangulation in the gall duct area.
10. This strangulation has been produced by inactivities to the digestive system, and those tendencies for the neglect
4722-1 Page 3
of those reactions that should be through the whole hepatic circulation, or the over activity of same by the taking into the system those properties that would become more active than they should be, through certain effects to the activities of the emunctory and the lymph circulation. These have produced this condition, and cause regurgitation, and a smallness of the stomach itself is in evidence - and at times is ALMOST out of position. This is from the attempt of the muscular forces of the system to adjust themselves to the physical forces of the system, attempting to empty same. The spleen and the pancreas, through this strangulation, are over active at times or very much under active. These produce a plethora condition in the left area, or over the spleen area, which may be perceptible to the close examination. This has not reached such proportions as to become detrimental as yet, though must become more effective to the system unless some conditions are brought about to correct same.
11. The activity of the liver itself, as an organ, in the excretory system, is very good. The secretions, through the activity of this strangulation, make for a slow activity; hence the condition through the intestinal system shows effects of this condition, either in the dryness that is produced at times or an over activity and a tendency for the colon to become clogged. This makes heavy burdens upon the kidneys themselves, and the effects are the less quantities of the secretions or eliminations from same, or an over abundance; these become excessive and less according to the effects, or the amount of those properties that are active or super-active with the organic functioning.
12. In meeting the needs of the conditions in the present, as we would find, these would be the better activities for the body:
13. First we would begin with properties taken in the system that will act not so much as corrective forces, but that will make a cleansing in the form of a tonic to the reaction of the activities in the hepatic circulation. Then, when these are stimulated sufficiently, we would use the sinusoidal vibration of electrical forces that will make for the pulsation through the gall duct area and the glands that make for the stimulation in the assimilating system, so that these will function in the near normal manner.
14. These vibrations through the sinusoidal should be of the very low form, and not of too high frequency - but simply sufficient to make for the functioning, or impulses of functioning of the ducts AND glands. We would not take these oftener than once a week, for four to six weeks, AFTER
4722-1 Page 4
we have taken these properties for eight to ten days. Combine these together in this manner: To 1/2 gallon of distilled water, add: Wild Cherry Bark............1/2 ounce, Sarsaparilla Root.............1 ounce, Yellow Dock Root............1/2 ounce, Prickly Ash Bark............1/4 ounce, Elder Flower..................1 ounce. Reduce this by simmering, not boiling, to 1 pint. Strain, and while warm add 1 and 1/2 ounces of grain alcohol, with 1 dram Balsam of Tolu cut in same.
15. Shake solution together when the dose is taken, which should be a teaspoonful three times each day, or morning, in the afternoon, and before retiring. Take at least for eight to ten days before beginning the sinusoidal treatments; which should be taken once each week for four to six weeks, or four to six treatments.
16. After the third sinusoidal treatment, begin with the electrically driven vibrator over the whole cerebrospinal system.
17. In the matter of diet through these periods, it will be necessary that the system be cleansed before there is taken a great deal that must be assimilated for the activities of building up a depleted blood and nerve supply. During these periods we would take that easily assimilated, or pre-digested foods, like plenty of milk, dry milk, citrous fruit juices, all those that add to the replenishing yet are already easy to be assimilated. Meat juices, but not too much of the broths - just the JUICES of the meats may be taken.
18. After these have been taken for the period of the treatments, then we would give rather as in THIS line, though these may be altered to meet the changes and the needs:
19. Do not use too great an amount of cathartics for the system, but rather use enemas that carry with or as a portion of same the antiseptics for the colon.
20. When we have reached the latter part of the sinusoidal treatments, begin with a diet such as this:
21. Mornings - citrous fruits OR cereals, or stewed fruits, but don't use them all together! Rice cakes, dried toast, coddled eggs - never any fried. Cereal drinks.
22. Noons - green vegetables, with salad dressings or oils.
23. Take PLENTY of olive oil at all times, all that the body will assimilate! that is, after these conditions, of
4722-1 Page 5
course, have been aided. Begin with small quantities taken two, three, four times each day. We will find that these will aid.
24. Evenings - green vegetables, and small quantities of the meats.
25. Do that.
26. Ready for questions.
27. (Q) The body feels that it cannot get the sinusoidal treatments. Can any other treatment be substituted? (A) These will be much more easily gotten than any that may be substituted; else there must be a draining of the gall ducts, either by the mechanical or the osteopathic method.
28. (Q) From whom can she get the sinusoidal ray? (A) From anyone that applies the sinusoidal machines!
29. (Q) Is there anyone in Norfolk or vicinity that applies them? (A) There's about fourteen!
30. (Q) Is Innerclean good for the body? (A) Very bad for the body in the present conditions.
31. (Q) What is the cause and cure for swelling in the joints? (A) Eliminate the poisons that are produced by the strangulation in the digestive forces, or in the activity of the gall ducts and the lacteals.
32. (Q) Are the teeth of the body affected and should they be drawn? (A) Let's remove the troubles out of the conditions IN the body, and the teeth will be much better, will they be kept in a normal cleansed condition; for the conditions in the system affect the teeth, rather than the teeth affecting the system. Of course, the local conditions in teeth, where the disease has progressed far enough as to become localized, should need local attention, to be sure.
33. (Q) Following the treatment, when will the body be well? (A) That depends on HOW it follows the treatment! As given, there would be six to eight to ten days of the preparations for the sinusoidal; then four to six weeks of the sinusoidal treatments. By that time the body should begin to feel a great deal better and be on the road to being well.
34. (Q) What exercise should the body take in order to develop? (A) Lets get the physical conditions in position, and in the condition where exercise would be helpful rather than detrimental.
35. (Q) Are the glasses that the body is wearing properly fitted? (A) They wouldn't be properly fitted if the body was better physically fit! Let's get the conditions in better shape and then we may adjust the glasses to meet the needs that would be existent! Remember the effects that have been
4722-1 Page 6
described; the sympathetic nerve system and the activities of all the sensory system - these come to the eyes as well as the rest of the system! Correcting the conditions so that the vitality, the strength, the effects of that assimilated are used properly in the system, there will become the more near normal activity in all of these. Do that, as has been given.
36. (Q) What was the effect of the tonic, taken a week ago, on the body? (A) The effect of producing in the lymph of the system an irritation, in the attempt to eliminate the poisons through the respiratory or sweat system; hence a rash, or the whelps, or irritations shown in the system.
37. (Q) Is tea or coffee harmful to the body? (A) It wouldn't be if it were normal. Rather use the cereal drinks in the present.
38. (Q) What is the cure for dandruff and falling hair? (A) The best would be a twenty percent (20%) solution of alcohol followed with a thorough massage of white vaseline; or massage with the white vaseline and cut with the 20% solution of alcohol (this doesn't mean rub alcohol, either!), then cleanse in the plain water.
39. (Q) To what color or combination of colors does the body vibrate? (A) Those of modes, grays, or blues.
40. (Q) Any spiritual advice for the body? (A) Awaken that within self to the abilities, to the qualities that the body may experience through the activity of the spiritual forces within self, that will give the reactions and make the effects as may be created in the physical; for the spiritual is the life, the mental is the builder, and the physical or material is the result.
41. (Q) To what note of the musical scale does she vibrate? (A) C - F.
42. (Q) What powder and creams should the body use? (A) Black and White.
43. (Q) Does she drink plenty of water? (A) If she will take these we have given, she will WANT water!
44. (Q) Any further advice? (A) Do these as we have outlined, and we will find that the responses in the mental and physical will be such as to give a different outlook upon the experiences of the body.
45. We are through for the present. Copy to Self
