1. EC: Now, as we find with this body [4723], there are disturbing forces in the physical functioning, the physical organisms. These, as we find, are rather complex in their reaction in the system, yet are of such natures that in the present they may be eliminated in such a manner that near normal conditions may be brought to the physical functioning of the body.

2. There is the lack of elements, as will be seen, in the make-up of the system, and with the proper attunements in the vitality that is recuperative from that assimilated in the system, these would bring that as would balance the conditions for the system, that would bring about bettered conditions; for the condition is both physical and mental in its reaction.

3. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, [4723] we are speaking of:

4. THE BLOOD SUPPLY shows the lack of those elements necessary to produce in the reaction of all elements in the blood stream itself to reproduce the successive forces of resuscitation in the circulation through the glands, and the base of that which supplies for the nerve system its proper response. Hence the metabolism and the katabolism are both in a condition of disorder or distortions in the system. This makes for these variations which come for the muco-membranes and the activity of same through soft tissue in the pulmonaries, as well as in those of the face and head. Also this same kind or character of reaction is seen as related to the organs of the pelvis. In the reaction from these (from the pelvic organs) comes those repressions that make for the distension, or distending of the imaginative forces in the body. The melancholia, the insomnia, and the tendencies for changes often in the activities of the physical being.

5. In the sympathetic nerve system these conditions, as we find, are of purely sympathetic nature, but there ARE those in the cerebrospinal system where the pressures, in coordination with those of the sympathetic, produce much of the disorder; though not the primary cause, as is the lack of elements in the active forces of the body itself.

6. These pressures, as we find, exist in the 3rd and 4th lumbar area, particularly in the brachial plexus area, sympathetically, and naturally the distortion or the tautness that makes for the nerve exhaustion in the 2nd and 3rd cervical area. These, as we find, are the basis of those conditions.

7. Those that make for the activities in the lack of elements in the functioning of the organs themselves are those that produce sufficient of the oxygens for the supplying of the blood supply to make for resuscitating, building forces in the blood stream. Hence nerve exhaustion through the lymph circulation, as given, in those activities in the various portions of the system. The glands, as for those for the soft tissue in the mammary gland, in the adrenal glands, in those of the throat and head, all suffer from lack of nutrition, as also do those that supply through the thyroids, making for an excess in the activities of the pancrean and liver themselves. Hence we have a starvation, as it were, on the one hand, and an excess on the other. These are produced from the unbalancing of conditions.

8. As has been indicated for the body, rest - and that which will allow the body to respond through the surroundings, and through the nutriment of a diet that will make for a rebuilding to the system - will make for the better forces that may be met in the present; but WE would add to these:

9. Animated ash in the one-eighth grain quantity every other day, when the body takes the sun rays - or rests in the sun. Take the ash twenty to thirty minutes before the sun is taken. Do not take the ash in the capsule, but empty the powder onto the tongue and wash down with a little water - preferably water that would carry elm, and have it cool. A pinch of elm - powdered elm - to half a glass of water, stirred just a few minutes before it is iced and given with the ash.

10. The manipulative forces would be given osteopathically (and there's a very good osteopath here - Conger). One treatment would be to release those pressures in the lumbar, the sacral, and the cervical area, especially, and a general manipulation would be given twice a week. One deep manipulation once a week, two general - making three treatments a week.

11. This we would do, and we will find a response to those disorders that exist.

12. As to the accumulations that will come from the releasing of the oxygen in the system through the taking of the Ash, those compounds that are being given for the system at present will make for the resuscitating of the active forces through the glands and the blood supply itself.

13. Ready for questions.

14. (Q) Any advice regarding what the diet should be? (A) This has been well balanced out, as also have the medicinal properties, the amount of rest, and the care and watchfulness that should be given the body, so that there is the resuscitating begun - or segregations begun - so that these may be determined in a more efficacious manner.

15. We are through for the present. Copy to Mr. [...] Husband " " File " " Mr. Harry M. Goetz
