1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find there are some abnormal conditions in this body that may be corrected. They have to do with the nervous system and the functional conditions through the various organs of the system, and the effect as is reached by the conditions of the functional condition and the effect as this produces on the nervous system.
2. Now, these are conditions as we find in this body, Mr. [4730] we are speaking of: The circulation, we find even with the nervous tension as produced in the nervous system at times the pressure is often below the normal. The hemoglobin in the blood, deficient in some of its elemental forces, especially, in that producing or providing for the rebuilding elements as the ozone is used in the system. The quantity of the red blood forces being sufficient, the quality as would be shown by its test being deficient, the white blood, the leukocyte, the lymphatic cellular forces as assist in supplying the rebuilding forces of this factor of the circulation being very good, though often overtaxed by nerve strain, and the condition we find through the digestive forces where new blood supplies are taken care of.
3. In the nervous system or systems we find these conditions: Through the cerebrospinal nerve energy we find the body very good, though the strain from many of the centers overtax the centers that are connected with the sensory organism of the system, hence the uneasiness, the pains to the base of the brain at times, the pain or the headaches of a dull nature, the pains to the eyes, but local, through this nerve force as we see through the region of the upper portion of the solar plexus where we find the junction of the pneumogastric nerves with the lateral forces of the sympathetic and cerebrospinal and the eighth dorsal we find a costal abnormality. This causes the effect to the system through the trunk portion of the body, the effect as is produced or shown by the action of the spleen and its forces and of the circulation toward the upper portion of the body when we have the pains. There is a dullness to the limbs after a long sitting, see. The junction of the sensory system with the cerebrospinal and sympathetic in

the lower cervicals show the excess of secretions not eliminated from the organs of the sensory system, hence the super-sensitiveness to the organs of the sensory system. The eyes, especially, suffer from this condition on account of the action of the circulation, here, the lower cervical we are speaking of you see, the removing of the used forces from the system through their proper channels, the dryness to the throat at times is shown from the same condition, yet we do not have the effect to the organ itself, directly. We have other effects produced along the cerebrospinal nerves from this overtaxed condition. These are of a secondary condition.
4. Through the organs themselves, we find this condition: The brain forces of this body are good. The blood in its circulation through the brain force at times is hindered, as we have shown here by these conditions that exist in the eliminating channels of the system. Through the eyes themselves proper we find along the optic nerve the effect of the condition as is given in the circulation in the nervous strain over the system and the effect comes to the portion of the eye, itself, see. Organically, the condition is not one to be wary of functionally, the strain is severe through the ear, through the larynx; the functioning of the organs of the sensory system, the strain is shown only at times. The lungs and the forces as give the vibrations to the circulation are very good, though with the depleted condition of the blood supply without the proper oxygen given in the system we may produce the toxin that would bring destructive forces to the body on account of the properties necessary to war against the forces in the blood not being produced. Through the digestive tract we find the body has in times back, suffered from indigestion. Better at present than it has been. The liver and it functioning is not always up to the condition necessary to produce the perfect elimination nor to give the proper elements necessary for rebuilding, produced by overtaxed condition both in digestion and in the strain through nerve energy used in the body. The hepatic circulation, above the normal. The kidneys and the organs of the pelvis, overtaxed by the condition being so much elimination taking place in the system.
5. To prevent the body from overtaxing itself or to prevent into intoxication from strain produced on the body from this condition as the effect is produced, to give the proper relief to this body, we would remove by the deep manipulation about the plexuses - solar plexus, secondary cardiac plexus, brachial plexus, cervical plexus, through

the larynx, through the whole length of the digestive forces, all this by manipulation, not massage, by deep forces, then apply electrical vibrations to give the correct vibration necessary to renew the forces in the body. From this we would find we would bring relief to the body. The body should take its own physical exercises to the arms and limbs and keep in the open when doing so. These should be done every day. Do that. The vibrations would be given every second day, the manipulation opposite those days, or we would have one treatment every day, see. The physical exercises and suggestion to self, each evening, each morning. The diet - not meats, vegetable matter; all those that lend energy to nerve building forces and those that give to the blood force the eliminating properties - berries and fruits, see; vegetables, those that are green. Meats, very little. When used, only game or fish or the sinew of any other force. Do that. The electrical vibrations would be those we would receive from this mode or form of vibrations:
6. To one and a half gallons of rain water add one-half pound of plain charcoal, one pound of Copper Sulphate, one ounce of Sulphuric Acid, C.P., six drams of Zinc, see, then we would fasten together two bars of steel, carbon steel so they do not touch but form a battery formation, see. To these bars, one would be an inch square, four inches long, two wires would be attached, one to each bar. When giving the vibrations to the body the plates, on the end of the wires opposite the bars, which would be small plates, which would be place to wrist and ankle on opposite side of the body, see. Do that. We are through.
