Time of Reading 2:00 P. M.

1. FEM: Now, Mr. Cayce, you are going to sleep. (Pause) Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep, and all the organs of your body will function properly. You will please hear me and answer all of my questions. You have before you the body of Mrs. [4744], ... Avenue F, ..., Alabama. Now, Mr. Cayce, you have had this body before, and treatment has been followed, and she was doing fine up until about 9 o'clock this morning, and there has been a change for the worse. Tell us what has caused this condition, and if there is anything that will remedy the condition, Mr. Cayce.

2. EC: Yes, we have had the body here before. Some conditions in the body are better than we had before; others are not so good at the present time. The specific cause of the condition changing for the worse here we find is the reaction with the hepatic circulation and the heart and emunctory action from the pulmonary organs. This causes the shortness of the breath and the inability of the blood forces to course their way throughout the system, and the action of the sensory system with the nervous forces then became close to the dividing line between. You see?

FEM: Yes, sir.

3. To assist this to regain we would keep the stimulus as has been given, but gradually decrease, and give the other incentives to the pulmonary and stimulation of the functioning of the hepatic circulation, and also we would give to the other incentives to the pulmonary and stimulation of the functioning of the hepatic circulation, and also we would give to the emunctories, especially those at the arm pits, the elbows, thyroid glands, and about the trunk portions of the body rubbed well in a solution of Hydrastis and Golden Seal, half and half; with the oil, rather than with the driving or drying solution that would ordinarily be used. This must be kept, or else with a return of this condition we will not be able to keep these together.

4. (Q) Mr. Cayce, is there anything else that you can recommend that will give quick relief to this body?

(A) (Repeating question) Just as we have given here. You must give time to the reaction of these forces and stimulants, and time to the action of these forces as we have given. Follow this out. This is as close as we can give here with this. We must hold this strength that we have within the system by the action of the mechanical forces as we have given. Do this.

5. (Q) Is there anything else that you can recommend especially for the diet for this body? (A) (Repeating question) Those that we have here you see. Junket, Arrow root, with very small stimulant of whiskey, but not burned with the arrow root. Use enemas high for the condition in the intestinal tract to remove some of that condition that causes the reaction to the hepatic. Let the water used be warm, but not too warm, and not cold enough to give congestion of course to the intestinal forces.

6. (Q) There was a purgative given to this body last night. Was that injurious, or not? (A) (Repeating question) You see that is part of the cause of the reaction; that set it about. You see that begun it. We should use enemas, rather than purgatives, until we get the reaction, and then the rubbing and the vibrations to the limbs as we have given, this to be carried out later. Follow those for the present as we have given. Keep up the stimulant to the heart forces. Not over-charge them, or else we will produce a plethoric condition that we will overcome by the rubbing of these properties into the emunctories. Do that.
