1. LS: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief for this body. You will give specifically the condition of the stomach of this body. You will answer all questions I will ask you relative to this body.
2. EC: Now, we find there are many abnormal conditions existing in this body. These we find have to do with specific conditions that have been brought on by conditions existing in the body in times back, for these had to do with an over stimulation that caused over-activity through the emunctories and produced organic conditions, from which the present condition has become in a manner malignant in the system.
3. Now these conditions affect the body in many different and various ways, so all of the whole system becomes involved in the condition, but these are conditions now as we find them in this body, [4752] we are speaking of, ..., Ohio.
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find has become very much below normal, both by the bacilli as is being carried in the system from the lack of the body being able to purge the circulation as is passed through liver, on account of the condition existing there, and on account of the conditions being attempted to be eliminated through other channels, this gives the blood stream the deficiency in rebuilding and keeps the conditions as exist there in producing deflection in white blood, red blood, lymphatic circulation, leucocyte numbers increased, and defective to meet or to combat with conditions in the body.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, these taxed by incindentiary [incinerary?] conditions in the trunk portion, and especially in those of the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexuses and their conjunction in same about the stomach, about lower portion of the duodenum, and the liver.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, with the advanced condition of earthly existence in the individual, we find the general debilitated conditions in the body are exaggerated by the condition as exists in the liver, where first we had congestion producing cirrhosis or hardening, this forming then in spots, and that as accorded the system at the time brings about the condition that exists in the organ. The operations for the system and the body, instead of bringing then the condition to a betterment, brings about an accentuation, which has produced the malignant form of condition in the body here. In the stomach we find these more of reflexes, for from the accumulations as are left by the system not being able to create the proper digestion in intestines, on account of the inactivity of the liver with its secretions to act upon the foods passed into same, we find this produced lacerations in duodenum and in the pyloric end of stomach, about the orifice wherein enters the duodenum or small intestinal tract. Then the high hepatic circulation taxes the kidneys in their turn. This is the system attempting to equalize conditions and throw off that from the system that would destroy same, or we have then an unequalized, unbalanced, condition. This, then, to be corrected, we find the condition of the general body must be taken into consideration. The body may be by care and attention builded to that wherein the system may be able to sustain through an operation to remove that portion of liver, and of stomach or duodenum, wherein the condition has become so accentuated, for this has not broken through entirely, for tissue has become hardened about the body of the malignant condition, yet this may break through at any time by overtaxing, or the body may be treated with those properties of radium. As to the application, this shall be governed according to the abilities of system to resist same. This, as we find, will scatter same in system, yet were the eliminations of sufficient nature to carry out these drosses from system, we would bring the more relief to the body through this, or we may take into the body those properties of the radium water that will assist also in producing eliminations properly throughout the system. Either or both of these may be given this body for the assistance to the body.
7. In the diet, same should be always carrying properties of elm water, Bismuth, and of such natures. Chalk may be applied at times; that is the property of chalk that is used in system with Bismuth, for this creates in the system that which becomes as healing to the condition in stomach, duodenum and to the condition in intestines, where the

secretions are eliminated or thrown off in body.
8. Would not be well to operate on body under its present condition. Vitality too low, blood not sufficiently of the proper constituents to produce the rebuilding or supplying forces in the body. Best, were this to be attempted, to build the body through normal means to be able to resist, or to apply radium from exterior forces over the body and manipulations that will assist the body to eliminate, and stimulate those portions of the body that are overtaxed by the system attempting to eliminate through other portions. That is, the excretory system of the hepatics, liver in its lower organs, kidneys and the capillary circulation. These will bring about the better conditions for this body, [4752].
9. (Q) The manipulations referred to, are they to be osteopathic treatments? (A) Osteopathic or massage. Any of the nature that assists in the eliminations throughout the whole system, equalizing same, not letting them get overtaxed in any one portion of body.
10. (Q) Would the condition of the stomach at the present time be termed cancerous? (A) More in the liver than in the stomach. Duodenum and liver than in stomach. Malignant form, yes. May be termed cancerous; that is, of a nature.
11. (Q) What causes the swelling of the feet? (A) Unequalized circulation, overtaxing of the kidneys, this producing swelling to the feet. Hence the equalization as would be brought to the body by the manipulation, getting the blood to flow back into its normal channels.
12. (Q) Please tell us where the body might obtain the radium water. (A) Be from those people who supply same. Pittsburgh, Pa.
