Time of Reading 3:00 P. M.
1. FEM: Now, Mr. Cayce, you are going to sleep. (Pause) Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep, and all the organs of your body will function properly. You will hear me and answer all of my questions. You have before you this afternoon the body of [4756], present in this room. I want you, Mr. Cayce, to give her physical condition, and then I have other questions that I want to ask you before you close. You will please give me the condition of the kidney, gall duct, liver, stomach, nerve forces, and also the cause of the abnormal condition in this body, and the remedy that will restore all of the organs of this body, and the actual length of time necessary for a permanent cure. The other questions I will ask you later. [4756] present in this room.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, this body is very good throughout, and the action and functioning of the organs are in very good condition. The nervous forces throughout the system might be improved and strengthened by a continuation, or by a specific action of the physical, by exercises and treatments to the body at the time when the exercises are given to produce the re-action necessary to keep the whole physical and mental portions of the body fit. See? FEM: Yes, sir.
3. The action of the liver and gall duct and kidneys and the digestive tract throughout are very good at the present time. We find the functioning of these organs themselves working to the normal forces as given off in the system, both through circulation and through nerve forces, yet the nerves themselves and the nervous system may be assisted by taking or keeping, as we have given, to this body those forces necessary to keep the nervous system fit, both mental forces and physical forces through the body, making those specific for a specific development within the body itself, and using specific treatment to those portions of the body developed and being developed when the exercises are taken by the body. We would not take medicinal properties in the system; neither would we give the vibration different from which is already in the system. See?

FEM: Yes, sir.
4. Only as those we would find through exercise, plenty of fresh air and of the action to the portions of the body when these are being taken for the development, either physical or mental.
5. (Q) Mr. Cayce, is this body troubled with indigestion and constipation; if so, please tell me? (A) "Mr. Cayce, is this body troubled with indigestion and constipation; if, so, please tell me." Only that which we have given here will be necessary for this body to take or keep for the system; the exercises to strengthen the portions of the body - [4756] we are speaking of - and the body will have the particular development desired. See? FEM: Yes, sir. For, as we have these, with the stomach forces, the exercises would then be for those that would develop the nerve force governing the stomach; that is, it would be the back force here, neck, arms and diaphragm region, with exercises. See? FEM: Yes, sir. For the intestinal disturbance that comes at times we would take the abdominal exercises. We would not take medicinal properties in this body; they would be harmful to the body.
6. (Q) What are the abdominal exercises, Mr. Cayce? (A) "What are the abdominal exercises, Mr. Cayce?" Those that are of the circular motion for these portions of the body; the kidneys, the abdominal cavity itself, or the abdominal slope. You see? FEM: Yes, sir. And that of the circulation motion to the trunk portion of the body, from the hips up; you see? FEM: Yes, sir. And that of bending forward. Not to the floor, because that brings the body away, but that of bending the back, and then bending it forward with the face; that motion.
7. (Q) Mr. Cayce, what would you regard this body as best fitted for? (A) "Mr. Cayce, what would you regard this body as best fitted for?" To develop other individual to find themselves

in their station in life.
8. (Q) Mr. Cayce, will you please tell this body where her brother, [...], is at this time? (A) "Mr. Cayce, will you please tell this body where her brother, [...], is at this time?" Paraguay.
9. (Q) Mr. Cayce, can you tell this body how she can go about locating this body? (A) "Mr. Cayce, can you tell this body how she can go about locating this body?" Through the regular channels that we have of obtaining information regarding citizens of another country; through the Consulate. See? FEM: Yes, sir. Mr. Avery is a member of it.
10. (Q) Mr. Cayce, this body would like to have you tell her whether her [other] brother, [...], can pay her the money that he owes her at this time, or whether she will have to make him do so? (A) (Repeating question) I don't find him.
11. (Q) Mr. Cayce, he is at Newberne, Ala. (A) (Repeats question)
12. (Q) See if you can find him. (A) (Repeating question) Not there at present.
13. (Q) He may be in Selma; see if you can find him there. (A) We have him on the road. Just in a short while part of it will be paid, and the rest will have to be forced.
14. (Q) See if you can find this body at Greensboro, Ala. (A) (Repeating question) We have given those, and we are through.
15. Now, Mr. Cayce, you will forget all about this reading you have just given. You are feeling fine and all right, and all the organs of your body will function properly. You are feeling splendid; now wake up in two minutes just feeling fine and all right, and free from any headache. .
