1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We find this body very good. There are some abnormal conditions. These are some of the conditions that may be corrected. They have to do with the elimination and the assimilation through the system, the effect that this condition produces on the nerve system and some conditions that are produced by these conditions becoming localized in the body. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body.

2. First, in the blood supply we find that with the poor assimilation and the elimination being disturbed by this same condition, the blood in its vital force becomes deteriorated rather than that carrying bacteria that is of destructive nature. There is sufficient blood, that is, quantity; the quality of the hemoglobin being deficient in vitims [vitamins] but there is a balance between the red and white blood supply so the body, with the change of mind thought with the body, quickly recuperates in the nerve system. We find that the cerebrospinal nerve system suffers from the contraction of muscular force by the condition of blood supply in its reaction through vital cellular forces which produces the lack of more blood force through centers, hence the contracting muscles in extremities at them [times?] with pain in portions of the body, especially to the head at times through the action of the secondary cardock [cardiac?] plexus center or that of about the 7th or 8th dorsal, hence the tired feeling through the shoulders at times, then the achy feeling that produces a cold sensation along the cervical region, pain through the back of head and around through the temple, eyes burn.

3. The sympathetic nervous system through the mind action over the body gives its reflex to the rest of the system, this same center we find the sensory organism receives the incentive for the blood flow to the system, hence with the condition of the poor elimination secretions from used forces in the organs of the sensory system have become involved, hence the tendency to have in the ear the lack of vibration necessary to produce the vibration necessary to produce hearing properly and the tendency of secretions to form in the manner as to produce information [inflammation?]

there.

4. In the functioning of the organs in the brain forces the body is very good, discerning well, but over sympathetic in nature; by the usage of sympathetic system the body may control the physical forces through the methods of wills [will's force?] in this body.

5. The organs of the throat and larynx we find some information [inflammation?] at times as is shown also through the mucous producing glands of the esophagus, hence the beginning of poor elimination in the digestive tract, this with stimulation to the salivary glands give through the intestinal tract the over stimulation, hence poor assimilation, see, that foods do not give the vital forms necessary.

6. Lungs very good, we have sympathetic reaction from congestion that has at times back. The liver shows the condition of blood as given and the effect produced by the organs (the liver) as a whole meeting the resistance in the system.

7. The intestinal tract better than ordinary under conditions as in the hepatic circulation of the body for the body has been very clean throughout.

8. For the condition in this body we would take methodical and persistent exercise of a specific nature. This exercise should be taken just before retiring, head and neck exercise circular and back and forward five times each way, side, right and left, back and forward, circular right, circle left, five each way. The arm and shoulder exercise, circular motion of hand with arm extended. Circular motion of shoulder blade, each one five for each slowly, methodically and persistently.

9. Take for the condition in the assimilation and elimination in the system which is to effect the emunctories and lymphatic circulation: To 1 gallon rain water add: Wild Cherry Bark....................4 ounces, Yellow Dock Root....................2 ounces, Black Haw Bark......................1 ounce, Sassafras Root, the bark of same....1 ounce, Prickly Ash Bark....................1 ounce.

10. Reduce by simmering, not boiling, to one quart, strain while warm and add six ounces grain alcohol with two drams of balsam of tolu cut in it.

11. The dose would be teaspoonful four times each day half hour before meals and retiring. Only one full quantity of

this will be necessary, keep up the exercises to keep the body fit, don't smoke so much. With the relief to the strain, the nerve system we find with this exercise and additional properties the vital forces will gain in this body. Keep the mind active, but don't worry. You have nothing to worry about. Do that.

12. The trouble produced as we have given with the elimination being poor becomes local in places, then this that makes the condition local. Do as we have given for this body, this will bring the body to many years of usefulness.

13. We are through.
