1. GC: You will give a physical, mental and spiritual reading on this body, with suggestions for the improvement of any or all of these.
2. EC: In physical, mental and spiritual forces, there may be corrections for the improvement of all of these.
3. In the physical we find some abnormal conditions that need correction. While the conditions at the present time have not reached that stage wherein organs have become functionally involved, yet the functioning of the system as a whole is slowed up or disturbed to such a degree that at times we have distresses and a general debilitation throughout the system.
4. Now, physically, these are conditions as we find them in this body, [4771] we are speaking of. First:
5. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find carrying bacilli that is produced in system from the forces in body as have been brought about by conditions from outside. This inception then affects especially the lymphatic circulation, in that the system in attempting to produce the warriors necessary to combat and meet the condition brings distress and strain on many portions of the body, while the direct condition as is becoming involved in the system from this is the condition being produced in kidneys and in their elimination and the effect same is producing on that portion of the body and bladder.
6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this strain then on nerve system is rather that of a continual distress. Hence the dull, laggard, achy feeling as is given to the body, with some conditions as would apparently be from malarial conditions, for the digestive system and the liver apparently function abnormal. Abnormal they do function, on account however of the condition as has been given, as is shown in bladder, rather than in or from such conditions. In certain centers then we find the strain producing elongation of the centers and plexuses about which the strain is produced more severely. This in last dorsal and in first and second lumbar. Also in the fifth and sixth dorsal, where the

secondary cardiac forces affect the lung supply, or the blood flow between the diaphragm circulation and lungs proper. These [are] reflex conditions.
7. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, brain forces very good. Mental conditions, as we shall see, affecting the system often.
8. Organs of the sensory system affected by the debilitation as is general in the whole body.
9. In lungs no organic troubles, yet the depression, the hacking cough produced at times, from the effect of nerve condition in fifth dorsal plexus.
10. Digestive system very good at times. Other times seemingly too much acid, yet overtaxed in the alkalines at times. This produced by the lack of proper nutriment to the system in blood and the lymphatic circulation, from the over strain on body and the depression produced in plexuses of the cardiac and the pneumogastric and hypogastric plexuses.
11. Liver dormant in action and cold in hepatic circulation, and a lower hepatic circulation than normal.
12. Kidneys show distress from the condition existing in the glands about same, as inflammation is shown, as is produced at times in the urethra, from the acid and attempt of the system to eliminate those poisons as are attempted to be thrown out through kidneys. Strain on these is that for which the body should be particularly warned.
13. Then, to bring the normal condition for this body, in this we would through care of diet, care of physical body, bring normal forces to the body. In this manner, with care and persistence:
14. First, let the diet be vegetables, fish and game. Never hog meats or too much fats of any kind. Very lean may be taken at times, provided well cooked, but rather those nerve building vegetables as are found in all that grow above ground; spinach, celery, peas and such, with cabbage properly prepared with milk and such, and other cereals and fruits; with these medicinal properties:
15. To 1 ounce of Tincture Valerian, add: Iodide Potassium..........20 grains, Bromide Potassium.........20 grains, Elixia Calisaya............4 ounces, Elixia Celerina............2 ounces, with Balsam of Tolu.............1 dram, cut in Grain Alcohol..............1 ounce, with Essence of Capsici.........2 minims.
16. The solution then would have sufficient simple syrup added to make 10 ounces. Shake well each time before taken.

Take dose teaspoonful 4 times each day, after meals. The body should keep the whole system, inside and out, thoroughly cleansed with water, drinking water as medicine, or in a regular intervals and drinking sufficient. Taking the shower or sponge each morning and evening, especially along the whole length of spine. Should be rubbed well with cold water morning and evening, with occasional (once a week or twice a month) full adjustments by neuropath or osteopath physician, that would give a gentle treatment to the body.
17. With this we will find we will bring the full development of physical forces and eliminating troubles from system.
18. The mental forces we find have much to do with physical conditions, for with strain on the nerve system, the physical condition of body weighs much on the mind of the individual. With persistence and care, the physical becoming better able to throw off and eliminate those distressing conditions, will gradually give the mental the higher and better outlook. Let the mental forces be applied in that direction in first understanding self and self's relation to every individual, knowing that the compliance to natural physical laws, and the laws of the Creator, gives that incentive for the very best development in the physical life, knowing there is an advocate with the Father, and same as made manifest through self and self's application to His divine commands.
19. Then, in physical, in mental, in spiritual forces, we will find the best will come to the individual, applying self in that manner wherein the best may be given to others, using then as was given to Him of old, "Take that thou hast in hand." Use that to thine own and to the developing of self, and magnifying the name of Him, who is the Way, the Truth and the Light, coming then into that spiritual understanding wherein that "My spirit beareth witness with your spirit," whether ye be acceptable unto Him or not, ever remembering that the "Words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart may ever be acceptable in thy sight, my Lord, my strength, my redeemer."
20. We are through for the present.
