1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4788]. Now, we find the body very good physically in many ways. There are conditions that have existed, and as do exist, that care and attention should be given, that these do not form or bring about such conditions as will prove detrimental to the physical forces; for these, as we find, have to do with conditions as go to make up mostly of those as are of constitutional effects and conditions, and have been of such a growth and nature as they, the conditions, are gradually building for that which makes for an interferement with the functioning of organs, as in the region about the diaphragm, the heart's action, the conditions in the sensory system, and the general physical circulatory system, as related to the amounts of oxygen or carbon needed in system to supply sufficient for the body in its activity. The more of the body, more carbons needed; more of the blood supply, more near must be the balance in the circulatory system. These, as we find, are being hindered. WELL were the body to take the time to reduce thirty to forty pounds in weight. This through eliminations as would be set up in system, as respecting the whole of the digestive system, as of the necessary adjustments in the cerebrospinal system as related to that of the circulation in the hepatics and of the heart's activity, that of the pressures in the sensory organism as related to those of the auditory forces - these, and the general reactions as would come from such, will bring about a much NEARER NORMAL activity, and a much nearer force for the physical functioning OF the organs. These, as we find, are those conditions to be mindful of.
2. In the meeting of the conditions, BEST were the time taken for same; otherwise, more activity in a PROPER way and manner, and the activity of eliminations through the system - these will set up for the best conditions, as we find, for the body, [4788], present in this room.
3. In the matter of the diets - these should be less of

those that are fat forming, less of those that are hard upon the system - as to that of acid making, and sufficient of those forces as will CORRECT that condition in the circulatory force as related to the auditory system. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) Is the ear condition organic or functional? (A) Functional in the present condition, for - as is seen - that of the pressure in the cervical and upper dorsal region makes for an impairment to the amount of secretions as call for an equilibrium of those forces in the ear proper. This, as seen, along Eustachian tube, and as from circulatory forces from the dorsal and cervical region. Functional.
5. (Q) Who should the body see in Nashville for manipulations? (A) Anybody that will do it right!
6. (Q) How often should the manipulations be given? (A) At least twice each week. Be well were those of the eliminations through those of the sweats given, followed by that of salt rubs and cold water.
7. (Q) How often for the sweats? (A) At least once each week. Be mindful of the diet, as has been given.
8. (Q) Any further suggestions for this body? (A) Best to take TIME to get the body in shape, than to wish you had after the conditions had become too much constitutional.
9. That is all the questions.
