1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body. You will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.
2. EC: We have the body here.
3. Now, we find there are those conditions causing disturbances in the physical functioning of this body. These have to do rather with accumulations and plethora conditions produced in the system, than of organic disturbances; though the lack of the organs functioning properly brought about the first causes that now bring distresses in the forces of the body, though in this condition we find most of the physical forces are involved these, as yet are not to the extent as to cause continued distress, nor have they reached the stage where conditions may not be corrected by being absorbed and eliminated from the system; though the body without the proper care would bring those conditions to such localized effects as to bring not only that of a distress that would be very detrimental, but would bring that which would be destructive in the physical forces of the body.
4. The conditions then to be met are to increase the eliminations in such a way throughout the physical forces of the body as to not disturb the equilibrium, but - as it were - exercise all of the eliminating channels in an equalized way and manner and let that assimilated for the system be such as to produce the proper balanced conditions for a normal physical condition of the body, stimulating the reflexes and the impulses of certain functioning portions of the system, especially that of the hepatic circulation, to that extent as to where the normal incentives will be radiated from the nerve and blood supplying portions of the body throughout this portion of system especially, as well as the equalizing of the conditions in assimilation and elimination.

5. To meet the needs then of these conditions, as we find in this body, Mrs. [4789] we are speaking of, we would prepare this as a tonic for the body: First prepare four (4) ounces wild cherry bark in sixteen (16) ounces of water - distilled water. Reduce by simmering (not boiling) to one-half (1/2) the quantity. Then add: Compound Syrup of Sarsaparilla............1 ounce, Tincture Stillingia.....................1/2 ounce, Oil of Sassafras........................1/4 ounce, Simple Syrup............................1/2 ounce, Iodide of Potassium 10% solution........1/2 ounce, Bromide of Potassium 10% solution.........1 ounce, Elixir Calisaya.........................1/2 ounce, Tincture Capsici..........................5 minims, Pure Grain Alcohol........................1 ounce.
6. Shake solution together before dose is taken. The dose should be half to teaspoonful at least four (4) times each day. This, as seen, will act as a cathartic in a mild manner, but rather as one that will stimulate the eliminations and excretions in the ilium plexuses. Also stimulate the body at least every other day by deep manipulations, osteopathically given, that the distribution and the eliminations may be carried properly to all portions of the system, so that absorption may take place and lesions (lateral) that are formed along the whole of the cerebrospinal system - especially in the 9th to the 4th dorsal - are broken up. Also keep the body WARM, and do not take cold.
7. In the diet, be careful of meats. Preferably of gruels, cereals, fruits and nuts, rather than of flesh. Little fish, or any carrying iodine (as any of the shell fish) may be used in moderation. Do not mix same, however, with milk. The action of these would be detrimental to the system. As much of the tomato as the body will assimilate will be found well in keeping an equal balance in the vitims [vitamins] for the system.
8. Do this as given and we will bring much better conditions for this body, preventing any accumulations in the form of tumor - as indicated in plethora condition existent in the portions of the system - yet not well defined to that state where these may not be eliminated, were the proper precautions taken as given. Ready for questions.
9. (Q) What is the cause of exhausted feeling? (A) Inability of the system to distribute the vitality necessary, by the inability of elimination and assimilation to be equalized, as given.
