1. GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present tie, with suggestions for the relief and cure for this body.
2. EC: Now, we find the conditions are a great deal exaggerated from those as we had here before and that the vitality and resistive forces in the body have grown, until recent congestion as has occurred in the system brought this resistive force lower, and the lack of the system to be able to coordinate in the blood distribution in the equalizing of blood flow, in the equalizing of nerve tension and tissue in the system, this reducing the vitality in the system.
3. We would find, though, that were these properties, with that as has been accorded the system, applied at the present time, we would gain equilibrium and gain resistive forces in the system:
4. Let the air as is inhaled by the body (not too strong but the air) be ladened with equal parts of: Eucalyptol Oil, Oil of White Pine, Creosote, Tincture of Lobelia. These be placed in water and boiled, or steamed, in the room.
5. Also, at the same time, prepare that vibration as would be found in using: To one gallon of rain water, add: Copper Sulphate.............1 pound, Plain Charcoal............1/2 pound, Heavy Sea Salt............1/2 pound Sulphuric Acid C.P......1 1/4 ounces, Ordinary, or Common Zinc.................6 drams.
6. This solution would charge itself, but should be charged with high voltage and low amperage, until the discharge would be at least five and one-half ohms, or one hundred and ten volts, four amperes, for one hour. While being charged, let there be opaque container, one pound Tincture of Iodine, in solution and remain in solution, using as poles, when being charged and when applied to the body, copper and nickel. To these poles attach plates, or bands, that may be

attached to the wrist and to the ankle, on opposite sides of the body.
7. Give this as soon as possible, for we will find this will equalize the circulation, and with the inhalations, give relief to the body.
8. Do that, [4790].
9. (Q) What should the plates attached to the body be made of? (A) Copper and nickel. Nickel on nickle, copper on copper.
10. (Q) Any further suggestions for the body? (A) Do that immediately, else we will find the resistance too great. We MUST have equalization. After these have brought about better conditions, we may give from here that necessary for further improvement.
11. We are through for the present.
