1. EC: Now we find there are abnormal conditions with this body. They have to do with specific conditions as exist in the functioning of organs, as produced by other conditions and the effect that the abnormal functioning produces in the system. First:
2. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find, abnormal in its pressure and flow rather than the elemental constituents of the blood supply, though with the existing conditions we find this has been and is still depleted in the replenishing cellular and plasmatic elements of same. In the flow we find this has been abnormal in two ways. At times subnormal in the flow through system and again abnormal. Hence circulation has been involved by the pressure and by conditions existing in centers that govern the distribution over portions of the system, especially to the extremities. Hence the condition has been aggravated and the condition in other portions of the body affected, and produce an effect different from that producing the condition.
3. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find there are centers in the cerebrospinal column where nerve centers, that assist in the distribution along muscles and tissue, the functioning system and organs have and are impinged to such an extent as to cause an at-variance to the distribution of forces as used in the system. Such condition we find in the centers that govern the flow of blood through digestive system, other than that exercised by hypogastric in the digestive center or in lower end of stomach proper. Hence we have had these conditions: (These are different now from those present existing) First, we have had pressure in the lower portion of the digestive tract, in the intestines, and constipation was the effect. This producing toxins, the liver and pancreas became involved. Next, we have had the sour stomach and turning to the gastric juices being over-abundant to meet the needs. Then, we had forming of gases and a hydro-reaction, producing lacerations in the lower portion and about the orifice of stomach that empties into the intestinal tract. The present conditions being a

reflex of those former conditions, with the accentuation of condition in the duodenum and lower wall of stomach proper. Body is better, however, at present than it has been in the past. The liver, spleen and hepatic circulation being involved in these conditions, that first producing this being overtaxing of the system by an injury externally to the lower portion of stomach, and by the forming of lesion in the 7th, 8th and 9th dorsal centers that prevented the distribution of used forces and the elimination of same through the right and correct channels. This also involves the sensory system and reflexly the ilium and the sacral plexus, sympathetically. These give then the condition as is shown through lower limbs and through kidneys and bladder, for they reflexly affect the hypogastric centers in this inflammation.
4. IN THE ORGANS OF THE BODY, these we find all in very good condition considering the state of elimination and assimilation as has gone on in the system.
5. The throat, we find some troubles there from conditions as have been in teeth and tonsil.
6. In the heart's action, this is not organic, yet rather the effect as nerve impingement has caused in other portions of the viscera, in its functioning to produce in system, taxing same.
7. The other organs under the strain and condition as we have given, with the various degrees of the affection showing through their cycle of functioning in body.
8. Then to bring the sure and permanent relief to this body would be to correct, osteopathically, that condition in the cerebrospinal centers, as given, and made the alignment from the dorsals to the sacral regions, for all will need their correct adjustments at the various stages of the retraction in system. Being careful of the diet, that we may not create poisons or toxins in the system, taking small quantities of olive oil and larger quantities of Saffron tea, using elm with same. Small pinches of elm in the water as is taken in the system.
9. Let the diet be those of whole wheat, bran and cereal, with little of the acid fruits, save as the character as found in the ripe pears and apples.
10. Do these. Keep these consistently and persistently in the system, and we will find we will bring the body to the normal forces in three to four moons.
11. The quantity of tea as taken should be about three drams steeped to two glasses of the tea. That is, may steep larger quantities but make it to that proportion in strength.

This should be alternated with the pinch of elm in plain water for the water as taken in the system.
12. Take as much of the oil as the system will assimilate, beginning with not more than half teaspoonful, taken plain.
13. Do that.
14. Correct the condition in the system (that is, the cerebrospinal system) by the osteopathic manipulation.
