1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find there are many conditions that are abnormal within this body through the physical forces. They have to do principally with the functioning or constitutional disorders within the body rather than with organic disorders, though organs are affected by the conditions as they exist in the system.

2. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body, [4810] we are speaking of. The blood is deficient in its ability to give the perfect equilibrium to the whole system, principally it being caused by imperfect vitalization in the lungs themselves, hence the troubles over many portions of the body for without the vital influence of those elements needed to carbonize or revitalize throughout the system becomes tired and inefficient in its ability to function properly, hence these conditions arising from time to time within the body. The digestion is never just exactly right. There are pains all along the lower portion of the body and of the stomach, at times. Again, the liver gives some trouble to the body. Again, we find the trouble will show with the action of the kidneys and through this portion of the body some trouble caused at times to the action of the kidneys and the bladder. Again, we find the body is tired through the lower limbs, that is, from the pelvic organs, down, see, yet the functioning condition of the organs themselves have remained in a very good condition considering the action of the blood over the system, for the mind forces of the body have been, and still remain, the ruling factor of the individual, hence the nervous system is in better accord than is ordinarily found in individuals of this kind and description, you see. To give the perfect relief to this body would be to give that in the system that would revitalize the whole system, not medicinal properties taken into the system to poison portions of the body and force them to throw this off from the system, but this we would take:

3. Into a wooden keg or container, one preferably that was charred on the inside and that would be real proof against leakage, we would put one half gallon of grain alcohol, let

the container be at least a three gallon container, set on the end with the smaller end down, and in this we would put two ounces of liquid Creosote with one-half ounce Oil of Eucalyptus. This would be so arranged that it would be corked tight in this container with an opening in the head or top through which will be a tube, through which the gas off of this solution would be inhaled. It would be kept where it would form a gas and it would be inhaled for a few minutes beginning of course for a short while and then increased until inhaled for five minutes, twice a day. No medicinal properties would be taken, just an inhalation, and then a specific exercise to the whole body to renew the energy within this body. Let the diet be those properties that would give new blood to the whole body, carrying much iron in them. The exercises would be something of the sitting up exercises for the army, see, not so severe at first but gradually increased day by day. These should be taken night and morning consistently and persistently.

4. (Q) Mr. Cayce, the body wants to know if sweet milk should be given for her diet? (A) If warm and carrying the animal heat - cold or sterilized milk do not use.

5. (Q) Should this body eat any meats, Mr. Cayce? (A) Very little meats. When meats are eaten, preferably those of wild game or fowl or fish and those not in large quantity, but something of those that carry the sinew and vital forces; no hog meat.

6. (Q) Mr. Cayce, would this climate be alright for this body? (A) Excellent with this condition we have given to be used in the body. We are preparing it to be used for this climate, see.
