1. LBC: You have before you little [4814] who is in this room with you. Go over him carefully, examine him thoroughly, and tell us what is the matter with him.
2. EC: Now, begin here with the body of [4814] and commencing from the head and go down the spine. We find an over-stimulus of the circulation or supply to the upper portion of the body, or an over-development of the organs of the body from here, as the upper portion, the head, the brain power, and force and the lung forces, and portions of the body to the 11th and 12th dorsals [GD's note: Mongolian idiocy?]. We find the nerve supply to these have been impaired to the extent of the force until the elimination into the lower extremities of the body, is only through those channels of the emunctories, or the sympathetic circulation, or through that of the lymphatics, or taken into by absorption. Hence the condition we have of the portion of the body in itself. These are conditions that have arisen from the existing condition into the body in itself - not the condition. We find through the channel of the digestion has been very good, the intestinal tract and cells of the lungs which keep filled, though through impaired circulation. The condition exists in the body from the condition that we have had in the system from here.
3. (Q) Where is that? (A) We have had in this condition of this system, of [4814], that which has passed into the system or to the body in unit here, as we have, those of a nature which have taken hold of, or live on the nervous force, or matter into the body which passed into the system through the sense of smell or through the nostrils, in air taken into the lungs. They expel to themselves, until they begin to feed on the nervous system of the body, and until they fasten themselves on the system along the spine, until they effect first the mennengitic [meningitic?] circulation here from the base of the brain. The action then on the forces have been impaired of the spinal cord in itself from the 9th, 11th and 12th dorsal. From the 9th shows the effects here. Those come in contact with the solar plexus from the first part, and show

themselves from the solar plexus nerve centers from the 9th dorsal, 11th and 12th, to the end of the spine, or where the branches come out from the plexus, or the tail ends of the spinal column in itself. It shows itself until we form an almost attribute condition of the walls of the cord in itself. That is, they have taken on to these forces in themselves, until we have produced a condition of lack of muscular force, vibrated through that of the nerve into the extremities of the body and producing a living body in itself. This is the way they got in here, and that is the effect from the cause.
4. (Q) What treatment would you prescribe to relieve these conditions? (A) Remove the existing from the system, from here. The brain in the body is the nerve center, or the impression or storehouse of impressions received to a unit. The spinal column, or the cord in the column is the main branch, or trunk line of the nervous system, down the spine here. Any excess to the spinal-column or cord, of course, is death to the victim. These parasytes [parasites] or formations that have taken on to the system, feed themselves on the muscular walls of the nerve forces in themselves, and that kills the patient at once. We have what we call the drawing of the spine from the base of the brain, so the effect of the particles themselves is here from the 11th and 12th dorsals, down. The effects to use, or reach these can only be through a force which will act on to the nervous system, without producing a distraction to the cells or the make-up of the matter of force in the nervous system in the body, or that which is force of the same character in the nerve cells in the human body.
Electrical force is life and life is electrical. The electrical force applied on the nerve supply to a dead nerve center only tends to contract. Hence the condition to reach in this body is to supply a force wherewith we get action from the electrical force applied to the human body. Along the spine from the first dorsal here to the lower end of the spine, we create a warmth or a softening of the muscular force of the body by heat here. Heat - vapor - dry air. Any form so it will produce heat along the spine until we relax the muscular force of the condition. Heat is what these forces will live on - these parasytes [parasites] here. Hence we have the condition in the body, not destroying, but by cold, or by force which electrifies or kills them, until we produce a condition along the spine of a perfect relaxation of the condition. Then we electrify these forces. Apply electricity of a direct current here,

not which would be of alternate or vibrating force, but that which is of a force which sends the whole nervous force in the body going through the system faster, or acting faster. Not enough to produce congestion, in the brain, but that which produces a thoroughness of the movement of the nervous forces through the whole system - the cerebrospinal nervous system. From each force, then, we will produce a relaxed or taut condition through that of cold, congestion. Then the relaxation and electrical force. Do not cut it. It will kill it. We will improve the condition in the body.
5. (Q) Any other treatment you would prescribe? (A) Nothing else to do. Do that.
