1. EC: Yes, we have had this body before.
2. There is not so much change or difference in it from when we had it before, save that there are some conditions that have been exaggerated, from the physical energies in the body attempting to reach their equilibrium. Especially is this so in the hepatics and the intestinal tracts and centers of nerve energy that operate in these portions of the body. Also from that to the action of the diaphragm, which produces irritations through the nerve and muscular forces, causing the trouble we have in the throat, larynx (?) and lungs and which is from the intestinal trouble, or the system absorbing poison from the intestinal tract, and the nerve energy causing depletion in the walls of this tract, especially in the region of the hepatics.
3. The body needs rest and fresh air more than medicinal properties in the system, a relaxation from nervous tension, and only properties that will produce more mucous or coatings to strengthen the walls through this portion of the body. Take this in the system: Yellow saffron, or saffron in the form of tea if preferable; two glasses, if in the form of tea, three-fourths full daily, that is morning and evening. Let the water that is used carry junket or elm to form healing through the duodenum and the rest of the system and intestines, with relaxation and rest to the body if we would relieve this body. Counter irritant to this system is very bad. Small, very small, doses of Dovers powders would be good for this system, in order to make the proper sedatives to let the body rest, and to form with the coating produced by the other things in the system easier action on the mucous membrane.
4. No stimulants of any kind should be used in the system, for the excite the opposite pole, or kidneys to cause temperature in the body. The diet should be that which is easy to be absorbed in the system. Preferably as much of green vegetables as possible, so long as it is not of the tubular character; that is the edibles that grow above the ground, and not below. Do that for [4830].
5. (Q) What is junket, Mr. Cayce? (A) Junket or elm we have here for this body; one is the

form that gives life to the system from plant matter, that is elm. Junket, which is of the same character, is taken from animal matter; our preference would be the elm, but perhaps the other would be easier to obtain. Cool the water to make it palatable.
6. (Q) Are there any other details, Mr. Cayce? (A) Do as we have given here and we will find relief for this body in the physical, of [4830].
7. We are through.
