1. EC: Now, we find the abnormal conditions for this body are various kinds at the present time. We have those that have to do with the structural force of the physical, and those that have to do with the nerve and tissue as affected by this condition. Also congestion producing an over supply through irritation of lymphatic and white blood forces in the system, the latter being specific as well as that affecting the structural portion of system.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, [4837] we are speaking of. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, with the taxation to the tissue involved in mucus forming portions of the body [there is] an excess of white blood and leukocytes in the system. The red blood impaired thereby, producing an overtaxation in hepatics and a high pulsation in system.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in the nerve system we find, with the pressure produced on certain centers in the sacral and lumbar region, the body loses the control of nerve force in a portion of the system, as is shown by condition in the structural portion of lower extremity. In the action of the nerve system in this, by the releasing of tissue that has become taut across the sacral region, this may be overcome.

5. IN THE ORGANS OF THE SYSTEM, brain force is working normally for development and to meet the needs of the conditions in the physical.

6. Sensory organism in portions, especially through that of acute perception through the sense of vibration as reached in feeling, we find the body above normal. In other portions impaired or slow in action through pressure in the nerve system.

7. In throat, lungs, larynx, nasal cavity we find the effect of the congestion, as given, in this portion of the system.

8. Digestive tract is normal for the blood supply and conditions existing.

9. In the lower extremity, at the head of the tibia, we find where, with the wrench and strain on the lower portion of spine and sacrum, that inflammation in the ligament and covering of bone proper produces enlarging of the condition

until pressure has reduced the size and development of the limb proper.

10. R E L I E F, to remove [the trouble] and to assist the body in gaining its perfect equilibrium [it] would be necessary that portion of the bone be removed, and that the ligaments be brought in their proper contact with those holding extremities in their proper position with the frame of the body. This will be a delicate operation in that the joint itself must be operated upon to bring the proper connection in its proper position with the rest of the body. This may be done. This would bring the proper condition for this body, [4837].
