1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

2. Now the abnormal conditions as we find in this body are many, in a small way. Some are produced by specific conditions, others come from reflexes, caused by improper assimilation and the effect as is produced on the nervous system, especially that of the sympathetic nervous system, which overtaxes the body throughout. And there the specific trouble also is shown in the body.

3. Now these are conditions as we find in this body here, - [4839] we are speaking of: The blood supply in this system we find in the white and in the red corpuscles also are deficient, produced by the poor assimilation and the inability of the body to create an excess of the resistive cell force in the body; hence the tired, week condition over the whole body, the pains across the lumbar region, up the spine and the headaches that come at times to the body.

4. Through the nerve forces we find the cerebrospinal are very good. The action of the brain forces in the body and its ability to function is very good, though they have been, as we see, incapable of gathering all of the impressions as a storehouse for those impressions, on account of the action of the nerve forces in the body, that is, the improper coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal. So that instead of all of the development of the body, through mental forces we are speaking of now, becoming as it were, of a sympathetic nature and building and carrying in itself, it becomes more mechanical to the body to take of these forces, and to apply those to the physical body.

5. Through the region of the ilium plexus and of the pureneal plexus we find lesions, caused, that break this connection as it were between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system, so that we find the dross of the body not being eliminated properly throughout and the reflexes to this causes the glands through the intestinal tract in their reaction to throw off, and becomes to the system that of distress throughout the trunk portion of the body. This then we see forces the drainages on the whole system throughout this portion of the body, and with the developing of the forces, that is, through the body itself with its aid

you see, this has been a continual drain to the system rather than of a building or strengthening to the system. This appears through the Peyer's glands.

6. In the function of the organs themselves, as organs, we find the body very good, save as the conditions as we have given through the portion of the intestinal tract here, you see, this giving off the glands that secretes the fluid that comes to the generatory system.

7. Through the lung forces the body is very good.

8. Through the heart action we find this is not an abnormal condition for the body, but the heart forces show the effect of the blood supply.

9. To give the strength to this body, to meet the resistive forces and to build in the system those of vital forces to rebuild the whole system, and to give the correct balance and poise, both to the physical and the mental forces, we would add to the system those properties that would create the balance of force and incentives to the system, and give then the vibration to the nerve centers to carry out those incentives, both to the cerebrospinal and sympathetic, and by the increase of the vitality in the system create the proper connections between these, through the plexuses here, that is, the plexuses of the trunk portion of the body, you see - sacral, ilium, pureneal [perineurial], pyrenial [peyerian].

10. We would give this into the system: Gum camphor.....................20 grains, Sulfate of Morhpia.............1/2 grain, Muriated ammonia................30 grains.

11. This would be mixed well and make into twenty (20) pellets - not capsules. One would be taken each evening. This we will find will give the stimulus to overcome these conditions in the system that produce such a strain on the body.

12. We would take the exercises in the open. The body should sleep light; that is, just sufficient cover to keep warm, but never heavily covered. Get plenty of fresh air. When the exercises are taken, morning and evening, the body should be then well rubbed down with cold water from the first cervical to the end of the spine, see. And then rubbed until the circulation comes to the surface, with a coarse towel, you see.

13. The exercise would be the arms, the neck, the waist and the lower limbs. Do that.

14. (Q) Mr. Cayce, what motions shall he go through to get the proper exercises?

4839-1 Page 3

(A) We have just given them.

15. (Q) Has this body any catarrhal trouble, or any trouble in the nose? (A) These are only the excess secretions as are thrown off by the nervous system, you see. And with the exercises and cold applications to the body, and with the sleeping as the conditions as we have given, we will find we will overcome these conditions in the body. Local applications to this is not the way to overcome this. Overcome general debility in the system and we overcome these that we have through the excess secretions through the certain glands in the body.

16. (Q) Mr. Cayce, this body has a breaking out of the feet and on the head. What is the cause of this and how should it be treated? (A) The poor elimination and assimilation you see, produced from the nerve reaction in the body. When we have taken those into the system that strengthen the body, you see, to produce the proper elimination and assimilation, we overcome this. This is an excess of secretions not eliminated through their proper channels. Do as we have given if we would bring this body to its normal condition.

17. We are through.
