Time of Reading 11:30 to 12:05 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [4872].

2. Now, as we find, while the body-physical is very good in many respects, there are some specific conditions that cause or produce conditions which at times become aggravating to the system.

3. These have to do with some impingements that exist in physical structural portions of body, and affect the circulation; especially that as to the heart's action, as to the activities of the body in the reflexes in the sympathetic, and comes from connections between cerebrospinal AND sympathetic system (nervous system). Not a nervous condition, though affects the nerves and the activities of organs.

4. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [4872], we are speaking of, present in this room.

5. First, IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this very good in most respects. There are at times those changes or alterations in the circulation that makes for quick pulsation, abnormal temperature and such activities in the system as to cause undue alarm at seeming, unseeming, or unseen causes.

6. IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM, here - as has been indicated with structural portions - we find that which is the cause or the seat of the trouble.

7. There was a jar or an accident to the body in some times past, that has produced a pressure in the coccyx region; and from this pressure in the brush end of the cerebrospinal system the SYMPATHETIC system receives its over-activity, so that - whether the activity is of an overactive mental condition or of an unusual physical reaction - there are at periods those recurrent or reflex conditions that cause a depressed action upon the heart's action, though no organic

4872-1 Page 2

condition exists there, as we shall see - but does increase the temperature of the body to abnormalcy and produces in the lower extremities the feeling of lack of circulation THROUGH those portions of the system; flushes to the upper portion of the body. These are reactions.

8. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, we find:

9. Brain forces are very good; the discernments of the body, especially, as in relation to the relativity of the actions of conditions, so that these - turned into definite channels - may be made to be the most VALUABLE assets to the mental activities and the physical activities of the body.

10. In throat, bronchi, lungs and larynx - naturally, from an abnormal activity in the circulation, a fullness often occurs in throat and bronchi, but is a reflex condition, though at times increases the amount of the muco-activity as to become that needing to be thrown off in phlegm, or in clearing of throat.

11. These in the lungs themselves, from sympathetic conditions, make for the fullness of the circulation; though this is produced from that pressure which is existent in the coccyx end of the spine.

12. The heart's action is very good; in the reactions from the high hepatic circulation, as produced by pressure from those conditions in the coordinating center in the lower end of spine, between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system, there are caused at times abnormal activities, at times subnormal, at others above normal; but no organic heart disturbance.

13. In the digestive system - save when there are those reflexes from the activities as to produce too much of those assimilated forces which make for overweight in the body these are very good. These are produced by those activities rather than conditions of an abnormal nature.

14. The liver and the hepatic circulation - from the very nature of the pressure existent in the lower portion of the cerebrospinal system, the hepatics are that of the disturbing circulation. Then, there is made the tendency for the pressure to become abnormal in circulation; also the tendency for increased temperature and the lack of the abilities to control self's emotions under such actions. When relieved, these will become in a normal activity. In the lower END of the hepatics, or in the kidneys, these make at times those disturbances of the nature which cause an over-activity, or the lack of activity, through the functioning of the kidneys as related to the relieving of the drosses in system that come from this type of eliminations in the body; though ORGANICALLY not of the

4872-1 Page 3

nature as to be detrimental, were the corrections of those pressures effected in the body.

15. Then, in meeting the needs of the conditions, we would - through the masseur or chiropractic adjustment - remove that pressure which exists in the 3rd and 4th coccyx - cervical centers, and remove the pressures in the whole cerebrospinal system by COORDINATING the centers with same; using the sweats or hot applications to relax the system, especially the lumbar, the sacral and coccyx area, before adjustments are made.

16. Also use the Radio-Active Appliance for producing coordination in the circulation, applying the attachments to opposite sides of the body when used. Use this in the evening when the body is ready to retire.

17. We will find that, with these corrections, there will be a much more normal activity of the body, [4872].

18. Ready for questions.

19. (Q) How long should the battery be applied at a period? (A) Each evening for thirty to sixty minutes. This will especially allow the body to be in more of a NORMAL reaction under any stress or strain.

20. (Q) Which pole should be attached first, the ankle or wrist? (A) Either. One day make the attachment to the wrist first, the next one to the opposite ankle. The next day to the ankle first, and the opposite wrist last.

21. (Q) Has the body thyroid trouble? (A) With the removal of those pressures in the coccyx, the tendency for the fullness and inactivity of the glands to function will be removed. It is of a REFLEX nature.

22. (Q) Are the occasional rises in temperature necessarily alarming to the body? (A) To allow same to remain without correcting the causes must eventually produce hardships upon the organs of the system affected by an abnormal temperature; especially the heart's action and the hepatic circulation - or the liver, or the ASSIMILATING system.

23. (Q) While taking these treatments, what exercise is best for the body? (A) The best exercise would be to HAVE the exercises for the body in the corrections, and THEN sufficient exercise to tire the body but not unnecessarily. Walking, or rowing, or the like.

24. (Q) Is his present mode of living all right? (A) That should best be determined in self, as to what is desired to be accomplished in this present experience. The ABILITIES of the body - will there be allowed the expanding of activities in other directions - are, as indicated,

4872-1 Page 4

through the ability of discernments of valuations in the abilities of the body-mental.

25. (Q) Is his trouble from pituitary glands? (A) Rather from a curvature in the coccyx, that makes for the pressures to the system that are disturbing glands. With the correction, and with the application of the vibrations that produce a balanced circulation, the conditions will be corrected.

26. (Q) In reference his metabolism, is that proper? (A) That's an unseeming question with the condition that has been described! When it has been given that the temperature arises to abnormal conditions, to ask if the metabolism is correct is to doubt what has been given! The NATURAL condition from such arising is that the metabolism is unbalanced!

27. (Q) Is there anything sexually or otherwise he could do to help himself? (A) Let's begin with that which is causing the condition! As the body-physical is adjusted, and does adjust to the nearer normal conditions, then those things that have to do with the activities of the imaginative, the creative and the mental abilities may be developed in quite a different direction.

28. (Q) The body would like to know specifically if he has thyroid trouble. (A) As indicated, when there is trouble in the coordinating between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic nerve system, that disturbs the metabolism of the system and disturbs the temperature of the body, it is disturbing to those functionings especially of the thyroid (which is the BALANCING of the katabolism and the metabolism of the system). It is a REFLEX, as given. Disturbance, yes - but of the REFLEX nature. Correct those pressures in the coccyx. RAISE these so they are in alignment, see? Relieve the pressure there. Massage and correct all along the cerebrospinal system, in the centers where the sympathetic and cerebrospinal coordinate, making for proper coordinations throughout the system. With doing this, and applying the proper vibrations that will be created through the Radio-Active Appliance, we will find these conditions will adjust themselves. At once, no but with the removal of that which PRODUCES the disturbance, that CAUSES the conditions, then normalcy is the natural result. Do that.

29. (Q) Should the body avoid being irritated? (A) The body is easily irritated, to be sure. It should keep from this as much as possible, but the body should ADJUST self to conditions and not depend for others to ALWAYS adjust themselves for his own conditions! As conditions are corrected, however, so that is removed which is irritating in the physical and the mental forces (which comes through the activities of the sympathetic or imaginative body), then less and less will be the irritations and the body will laugh at much that has often disturbed. Make corrections as we have given. As outlined, we would use the hot or wet applications to relax the body before MAKING the adjustments. It will require from thirty to forty-two adjustments and treatments. We would keep up the use of the Radio-Active Appliance for at least sixty days. We will find a much changed body, if these will be done.

30. (Q) How long before the body will become stabilized? (A) That depends upon how soon the applications are begun, and upon how well the adjustments are made, and upon how much activity the body makes for self in the physical and mental. Do as we have outlined, and we will find the changes coming.

31. (Q) Who should the body go to in New York for the treatments? (A) Anyone that will make those adjustments. The best would be one that combines the treatments; that is, the sweats, the massage, the masseur - such as Reilly. The ADJUSTMENTS of those pressures in the coccyx area will be necessary!

32. (Q) Please explain what is meant by reflex. (A) Pressure in an area that through the nerve system produces REFLEX action in organs that are involved by pressures in that area, see? As seen here: The temperature that is produced in system (that is, abnormal temperature) by pressure on the sympathetic, in the cerebrospinal and sympathetic coordinating center in the coccyx area, makes for a high hepatic circulation. How? Reflexly! The temperature, then, is a reflex action. The reflex action in the glands of the system, as produced by abnormal conditions in the lacteals, causes the over-excess of activity to those of the thyroids - in CLEANSING the system - REFLEXLY. Do as we have outlined. We will bring about the normal conditions, and much more activity of physical and mental may be carried on by the body.

33. We are through for the present.
