Time of Reading Unknown.

1. FEM: Now, Mr. Cayce, you are going to sleep. Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep, and all of the organs of your body will function properly; you will hear me and answer all my questions. You have before you the body of [4885] and the body is present in this room. Now, Mr. Cayce, tell me the physical and mental ailments that you find within this body that you have before you; and if an operation is necessary, please tell me, and, if not, tell me what will relieve the conditions within this body which you have before you - [4885], present in this room.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. This body is very good.

4. There are some abnormal conditions that exist.

5. I do not find an operation necessary anywhere in the body at present.

6. Now these are conditions as we find in this body:

7. We find an anemiatized condition existing through the circulation, and very poor eliminating and assimilating conditions existing throughout, produced by conditions existing in the liver and the hepatic circulation, the effect keeping a high blood pressure with a low hepatic circulation or cold, or congestion expressing itself throughout this portion of the body. A number of red blood cells deficient; a number of white above normal, yet not deficient for the conditions nor overabundant in number for conditions existing through the circulation; lymphatics low; action of the emunctories slowed by the coldness of circulation; the action throughout the pulmonaries and clarification being abnormal for the condition existing in the blood course. Specific troubles within the system, having to do with the circulation and the digestive functioning organs, these produce through the nerve centers and repressed forces the conditions as exists in the head at times, the feeling that comes over the system, the body, these aches and pains that are faint and far off, and yet

again are present in various portions of the body, produced by contraction of nerve centers, caused by conditions existing in the digestive forces, as we have outlined - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

8. Repression of circulation as produced by the conditions through hepatics affect all of the organs of the viscera, causing the functioning of those to be slow, retarded, - over-taxation of the kidneys, with the cold condition as existing in hepatics. Organic functioning; we find the brain forces balanced with the functioning of the organs that are receptive to the action of brain forces. The pneumogastric nerve with its conjunction with the cerebellum being out of accord with the action of the heart forces that we find in the lesion as formed at the 6th dorsal; the sensory functioning organs showing the repressed condition existing in the circulation; the thyroid glands affecting the action of the functioning of the forces in the brain, that have to do with the creation of force - of thought - or expression of thought. The mental attitude of the body towards physical matter being that of rather tolerance than of higher thought as expressed in the material world, or the better thought as expressed in the spiritual world. The lungs, themselves, organically normal, yet through some of the chambers of the cells the expression of circulation forces are shown through the functioning of the digestive tract. We find that there has been, though they are some better at present, ulcerated forces in the duodenum, causing over-secretion of the pancrean force, that has given the effect and caused the condition as existing through the rest of the body - those being the seat of the trouble, you see? FEM: Yes, sir.

9. To relieve, or to bring the normal forces to this body, we would only give those that would produce the balance of force within the body itself by the natural means of expression of physical forces; all necessary chemical or reaction forces should be created or found within the system from that that is taken as diet or food to the body - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

10. When one receives or becomes unbalanced in these, so as to produce functioning - or functioning organs become unbalanced we then produce the abnormal conditions that exist in this - they are received to the body through one of the other phases of existing forces, that is, spiritual, or mental, though all may be acted on through their own

channels, or they may exist within the system through physical forces and channels - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

11. We would give, then, that which would create the balance in this body, to produce the proper conditions throughout, enlivening or giving revivification to the blood supplying forces and assisting nature - that is the store-house of medicinal properties, in the stomach itself, to give the proper function to the system. Take this: Dogwood Bark...........2 ounces, Prickly Ash Bark.......2 ounces, Buchu Leaves.........1/2 ounce, Black Root.............2 ounces, Elder Flower...........4 ounces.

12. This should be put into one gallon of water, reduced by simmering, not boiling, to one quart. Strain; and add one half pint spiritus frumenti, 8 years old, with six ounces of sugar, beet sugar preferred.

13. A dose of this would be a tablespoonful four (4) times each day.

14. Vibrations to the body while this is being taken into the system should be of a massage nature, from the sacrum to the cervical region - gentle massage - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

15. Keep at all times plenty of water in the system, in and out - see? FEM: Yes, sir.

16. So that we give the action of rebuilding forces sufficient room for their reactive properties for this body. Do that.

17. (Q) Mr. Cayce, who would give these massages, a chiropractor or some doctor, or could it be done at home? (A) Mr. Cayce, who would give these massages, a chiropractor or some doctor or could it be done at home? Done by any one who understands how to give manipulations or massage along the spine; not necessary to be a doctor at all.

18. (Q) Would it be necessary then, for a chiropractor or an osteopath there. (A) Would it be necessary then, for a chiropractor or an osteopath there? We have just given.

19. (Q) Then you mean that anyone of her family could do this? (A) Then you mean that anyone of her family could do this?

4885-1 Page 4

Then, we mean anyone could do it.

20. (Q) Mr. Cayce, just one more question. (A) Mr. Cayce, just one more question.

21. (Q) She wants to know something about her eye trouble. (A) She wants to know something about her eye trouble.

22. (Q) Has she any eye trouble? (A) Has she any eye trouble? We have given the conditions as existing through the body that causes the pains to the various conditions as the repression of forces that act through the pneumogastric nerve forces, which come in contact with the nerves of the sensory organism that are affected at the various portions of the body that are affected. The pain of the body is produced through the condition that exists, is existing or has existed - has caused the condition through the intestinal tract - see? FEM: Yes, sir. Correct this and we correct the condition throughout. We are through.

23. Now, Mr. Cayce, you will forget all about this reading you have given; you are feeling all right; all of the organs of your body function properly; you are feeling good. Now wake up in two minutes, just feeling fine and all right.
