1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now the conditions we find in this body: There are several abnormal conditions that give an aggravated effect over the whole system affecting the circulation and nerves and the digestive tract and the functioning of some of the organs. Now these are the conditions as we find them in this body. Through the blood supplying forces we find the blood carries some of the pus forming bacilli in the system, this being produced in some specific places in the system. The number of red blood corpuscles are somewhat deficient, hence the tired, ill feeling comes over the body after either excitement or physical exertions. The body quickly responds after mental forces, hence the number of the white are sufficient, and at times over-burdened. This, we see, has to do with the recuperative forces and with the lymphatic circulation, making at times, with the excitement to the body the excess of secretions thrown out in the system.

2. The body is easy to cause perspiration at times from excitement. Quick to cause too much secretion in the throat and larynx at times, see. In the nervous forces in the body we find the cerebrospinal center or brain forces very good. The body is well developed through the mental and spiritual forces within the system.

3. The strain on portions of the body causes physical conditions in portions of the body that gives the overtaxed condition through certain portions of the body; as we have here in the lumbar region, with continual strain on the feet. The segments at the fourth, third and second lumbar show the strain that is put on this portion of the body. The effect this strain has on the nerve, the tissue and the ligaments of the organs of the pelvis, especially does it give the taxation to the functioning of the ovaries and produces then pains through and in the uterus at the periods.

4. The condition of the organs themselves: Through the larynx and upper portion of the circulation at the head and neck, we find some of the condition showing from where the condition has produced in the blood, that is the antrum to the left side, especially to all of that in the part where

pus forms. Some of these need local treatment and this we will find will be assisted by using for this the wash for the mouth and the gargle for the throat made of a strong tea made from prickly ash bark, ten parts or nine parts, to one part salt, as a gargle, to use as that to rub on the gums, we would add more salt, common table salt, but powdered very fine.

5. Through the lungs we find the body very good. The clarification of the blood through these are very good. The heart action is fast at times, though not especially, or not in a specific way of high blood pressure. Through the digestive tract we have the effect the nerve strain on the system showing its reflex action in the pneumogastric nerves, hence the neurotic condition that apparently exhibits at times through the digestive organs, more of the nervous digestion than indigestion than of an organic condition; that is the secretions necessary to give proper digestion functioning spasmodically at times.

6. The liver shows the effect of this condition as do the kidneys when we have back overtaxed by the overstrain either from the condition through the pelvis or from conditions through the hepatic circulation produced by the nervous condition.

7. To give the proper incentives to the system to produce the perfect assimilation and the better elimination through all of the system besides using the wash and gargle for the throat and teeth.

8. We would take in the system, this: Plain phosphate of soda one-half teaspoonful in a glass of water every morning before breakfast - every second day. There would be added to this one drop of a ten percent solution of iodide of potassium every fifth day. There would be added to this same, irregardless [irrespective] of the drop of iodide, you see, five drops of syrup of sarsaparilla.

9. The body should take a specific exercise for the condition through the pelvis every evening before retiring for three to five minutes, a bending circular motion of the body with the hands on the hips, not bending down, but in circles. After this exercise is taken the spine, from the center of the back to the end, should be rubbed first with cold water and then a coarse rough towel to bring circulation to each segment. Do this.

10. Keep the foods of vegetable matter rather than meats. If meats are taken at all let them be fish or wild game; as much of rough cereal as possible; not much tea or coffee. When this is followed for some four to six weeks the body

will feel and differ in vibrations through the body. Not much trouble, but many need correcting, see.

11. (Q) What are the conditions of the eyes and ears. (A) The reflex condition to the sensory organism produced from the condition in the throat. Through the exercises the new flow of blood we will find an improvement to the organs of the sensory system. These are purely reflex; not local or organic conditions. Do as we have given. We are through.
