1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, we find in this body conditions are very good throughout for one of the habits, character and disposition and age as known here. There are some conditions that may be assisted in giving better reaction to the system, give to the physical forces those elements necessary to meet the resistance the physical is forced to from time to time.
2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, Rev. [4899], we are speaking of, on farm one mile west of ..., Mo. First, in the blood supply in the body, we find this very good, though in its elimination and in the ends of circulatory system in the capillaries, on account of strain by exposure of the body in times past, there was produced in the cuticle that which gave the effect now shown in the body at the present time - some about the face here, over the body, you see. In the quantity and quality of blood supply, the body is very good. We need to equalize that circulation and give through the nerve forces, as we shall see, that of the stimulation necessary to meet the conditions in the body throughout. In the nerve forces, we find the body very good, and the equilibrium well established between the physical, the mental and spiritual forces within the body, that come under the control of the nerve systems and their functioning in their natural order between physical, mental and spiritual forces.
3. The body has been in times back one that had distress in the nerve system, especially about the nerves governing the digestive tract. This has in the greater part been overcome, with the mental attitude of the body and the physical forces as exerted toward the portions of the body to keep the equilibrium. This is, giving natural forces their chance to exercise their proper functioning within the body. Sympathetic system extra ordinarily active, though not one called very sympathetic, rather stern, with sympathy controlling. Sensory organism showing the action of this nerve condition within the system and the effect this produces on all organs of the sensory organism. The functioning of the organs themselves we find as these. The brain forces in the body extraordinarily active, especially

toward the mental and spiritual forces, as manifested in the actions of the body toward the fellow man, and the influence as exerted over other minds in their activities. The organs of the sensory system as we have given, from this condition existing, showing the effect to the organs direct, as we see, exhibited here. Lungs very good. Digestive organs weak at times from the condition existing through nerve system as the predisposition was that the organs of digestion, other than that shown in the stomach, themselves are very good at the present time. Tendency toward inactivity of the digestion to supply new blood forces in the proper amounts. Hence the up and down condition, as it were, of the ability of the body to meet the needs of the body and the show of action of destructive forces in the system to be taken care of, that is, that which destroys used tissues, and should have been eliminated through its correct channels, exhibited in the joint, as it were of the body, or joints, for it becomes of various natures and stages.
4. To give the correct equilibrium for this body at the present time, we would have those of a specific nature for the body to carry forth for this physical forces specific exercise early mornings. Specific rest for the nerve tension in the system of evenings before natural rest is taken. The exercise would be as this - that that gives exercise of any specific character for breathing, for the abdomen, for limbs, for the head, for the neck and for the whole respiratory system. Later, if after this exercise, the body was rubbed well along the spine with cold water and then with rough cloth to excite the circulation in each and every center along the spine; the rest and equilibrium established in the evening through this:
5. A small single bar of steel, chilled steel, one-half inch square, four and one-half inch long. In this or to this would be attached a single copper wire and a small band or plate attached to the other end of the wire from that attached to the steel, see. The wire of sufficient length to be used easily about the body. In the evening just before rest, or while the body meditates, this bar of steel would be placed in very cold or iced water, and the band or plate attached to the wrist, see, the feet at the same time should be placed in luke warm water. This would be kept for thirty to sixty minutes each evening. Keep this up for sometime till the body feels the reaction, which should be in 15 to 20 days, then given only when the body needs the rest this will accord the body. Well to keep up the exercise at all times. Do that.
