Time of Reading 4:00 P. M.

1. FEM: Now, Mr. Cayce, you are going to sleep. (Pause) Now, Mr. Cayce, you are asleep, and all the organs of your body will function properly. You will hear me and answer all of my questions. You have before you the body of [4902] and the body is present in this room. Now, Mr. Cayce, tell me the physical and mental ailments that you find within this body, and if an operation is necessary please tell me, and if not, tell me what will relieve the conditions within this body which you have before you, and also give me the corrections for her ear trouble and hearing. Mrs. [4902], present in this room.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, this body is very good, both physically and mentally throughout, saving for the condition as we find where the action of the nervous forces in the system do not vibrate in the proper accord between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic forces at the cervical dorsal. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

3. Now, these are the conditions that we find in this body. The circulation throughout is good - it is excellent, - above the ordinary forces as we find in a body of this kind. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

4. The action of all of the nerves are in very good accord, save those that affect the auditory nerves, yet we find the auditory nerves vibrate when they come under certain vibrations and produces the sound to the auditory nerves and receives in response to those centers or brain forces in the right ventricle, where we find the action is sensed, as it were, to the body. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

5. The sensory organism is over-developed, so that it produces in the ear itself too much of the sound that is necessary to act or re-vibrate, and this has produced the discord between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal nervous forces and the action of the auditory nerves in

their correlation to the brain center itself. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

6. Now, to assist and to give this the proper vibration, this can be done in part, and by gradual effect create the proper vibration in the body to produce the hearing again. This will necessarily have to be done through vibration to create the proper stimulus to the nerve action and forces. There are certain nerve centers and ganglions that are not responsive to electrical vibration under certain modes or kinds of electrical forces, but with this body here, - [4902] we are speaking of - we would give this. To the system we would apply this vibration as created through this formation, of 1 1/2 gallons of rain water, and to that we would add willow charcoal 1/2 pound; copper sulfate 1 pound; sulfuric acid C.P. 1 ounce, and 1 ounce of zinc. The poles that would be used in giving this to the body would be one of copper, and other of silver. The wires that would be attached to these poles would be of fine copper wire. They would in turn be - that is the wires - attached to 2 plates, one that should be attached to the wrist of the body, and the other to the third cervical. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

7. This would be given or attached to the body every evening for 30 minutes. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

8. Just before the body retires or rests for the evening, and then the exercises for the head and neck and shoulders, as the body takes suggestion to itself for the proper vibration to reach the brain - that is saying that over and over again to the body itself. See? FEM: Yes, sir.

9. This, we will find, will reproduce the proper vibration to the ear drum and the corresponding sounds and forces to the auditory nerves themselves. Do that.

10. (Q) Mr. Cayce, which ear of this body is the most affected? (A) "Mr. Cayce, which ear of this body is the most affected?" The left side is the most affected.

11. (Q) Mr. Cayce, what condition is the right ear in? (A) "Mr. Cayce, what condition is the right ear in?" We have given these conditions here as we have found them, which are want of proper vibration of the body. Do that.

12. (Q) Mr. Cayce, how much time would be required for this body to take this treatment to regain her hearing?

(A) "Mr. Cayce, how much time would be required for this body to take this treatment to regain her hearing?" We have given that it will be of slow returning to its proper vibration. See? FEM: Yes, sir. A showing will begin almost immediately of the change in the condition in the system. See? FEM: Yes, sir. We will have first a production in the ear itself as of bees, or a buzzing first, you see? FEM: Yes, sir. Then apparently it will seem to the body as if it were worse than before, and then gradually it will go to its normal hearing in this body, if these exercises and the suggestions and the vibratory forces are kept up. It will be necessary to change the electric force as created by this battery as given some four or five times before we will restore or manage to get the material vibration to the body. Follow those. We are through.

13. Now, Mr. Cayce, you will forget all about this reading you have given. You are feeling fine and all right, and all the organs of your body will function properly. You are feeling fine. Now, wake up in two minutes just feeling fine and all right. ght.
