Time of Reading 4:15 P. M. Bosque County, Texas.

1. GC: Now, you have before you the tract of land owned by Mr. M. B. Wyrick, in Bosque County, Texas. You have made a location on this for the drilling of an oil well. You will give the more specific location from the house and stump as located. Also tell if possible the names of the people who might be solicited for funds for the development of these lands.

2. EC: Yes, we have these here. Have had these before, you see. Conditions have not changed since we had them before except those of the surface. From the stump or tree, which is portion of a stump, to which some wires have been attached, and portions are there as yet, from this stump North and West twenty paces, near where we see there have been the signs of a salt lake, or from the location South and East to the stump, twenty paces. Here we would make the location for the well.

3. As to those and the names of the those who may be solicited for funds for the development of this property, there are those already interested in St. Louis that may be solicited again. Judge.

4. There are others in Kansas City who know of the country, of the operations in portions of the district, who know particularly of the geological structure as given by geologists that may be interested, Malvin.

5. There are those in Chicago that have been interested that may be further interested with the developments as they progress, and with the preparation for the operations. These we do not have the name of all. Stallings we seem to have.

6. In New York there are still others; Whitehead and Mason.

7. In the drilling of the well here at location as has been given, 20 paces North and West from the stump, we would find the depths in which the production at 3,000 to 3,500 barrels per day may be obtained, 2,985 to 3,200 feet. In this we would begin with the casing at least 15 inches or we will have 3 stratas of water to shut off. Others may be carried to the depths as has been given for the shutting off of

water. The cavings in the portion of the structure as given would come under the protection of the larger or second larger casing necessary to use in this location, on this land, M. B. Wyrick's, Bosque County, Texas.
