1. LS: In this well, in your first readings you gave the depth at which production would be had as 2900 to 3100 feet. Since then, as the well has progressed, in a number of readings you have given various depths at which production would be had. Each of these have been drilled by without the production as was expected. An unusual depth is now being drilled, and it is becoming difficult to secure finances with which to carry on. Many are becoming discouraged. Is it possible, and will you give a depth at which production will be had, insuring us that the depth will not be changed again, for this is necessary, that they may provide equipment, consisting of lines, belts and tools with which to carry on. What is the depth at which they are drilling as this hour? If shut down, for what cause? Give formation and times required to reach the production. Will it be necessary to run another string of casing before the well is proven in? You will give such other information as would be of benefit at this time, and answer all questions which I will ask you relative to this well.

2. EC: Yes, we have the well here. We have had this before, you see. In the various depths as have been given, we find there the indications of that as was given for the production. In the depth as has been reached at the present time - 4627 - we still find the indications as have been outlined for the production. In this present we find we are in that formation which over-lies the container of live producing oil, and that the depth through this lime shell, as is now showing, and which at the present time is some softer than that just above, through this lime shell, which will be some 28 feet, we will encounter then the darker gray lime, changing to that of the cap above the production, which will be reached through this, going then some 12 - 14 feet. This, then, should bring the gases, the production, the overflow, for the production is here. We find the shift as was given has found the indications and those will produce. Not necessary for other casing before production

is reached. There may be some troubles from slide in the soft production, or the drilling at present. This will not be troublesome very long. Only need watch the line in the sandline near the run, or band around which this winds, the run is at present being made with same. Belt will need be spliced, yet not necessary for a new one to finish these operations. Keep well to this, for this will prove the successful operations, only carried out as is given here.

3. (Q) The report from the well is the depth of 4655. What will be the total depth to production? (A) The added depth of 32 - 14, though the depth drilled is not 4655 at present, you see.

4. (Q) What is the present depth of the well? (A) To the bottom of the hole drilled - 4627. The casing over the production will only be very heavy of the gum and the sediment of oil. This will give the trouble, as given, of choking in the first flow, but will give the added pressure. The total depth from the top to the production as of live oil will be 4692.

5. (Q) What precautions will be necessary to control the flow of oil and gas when it is started? (A) Only be ready to take care of the first choking, after this has started, then beware of fire and of the overflow. Take care of production, with the head as necessary in such cases. This will come. Only follow the instructions. There will be sufficient of the monies necessary to complete the operation. Then 1500 for one over put in.

6. (Q) What will be the maximum production of the well? (A) Beginning with 3000 to 3500, increasing after the first flow of 4000, to 4400, 4500, 4600, 4700 per twenty-four hours.

7. (Q) Would it be best that M. B. Wyrick be present when the well is brought in? (A) No won't be there when it's brought in. Will be there soon after. Twenty-nine - thirty -

8. (Q) Is that of March? (A) Of March.

9. (Q) Is that the date when Mr. Wyrick will be there? (A) When the well will come in. We will have a well here. It will be large production, a new field, a change. High grade oil. Much of it [will] have the appearance of the graded or heated oil. Keep, keep, drilling.

10. We are through for the present.
